CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1         Case FIR No. 194/16 dated 27/06/16  U/S  451,  323, 504, 506 ,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Pramila Devi  W/O Sh. Nitu Ram  R/O  R/O  Bharwan PO  Khahan District Mandi (HP) that  Hem Singh   came along with   his wife Sunita  Devi  , entered in her courtyard  and  beat  her up and she sustained injuries  and they also threatened her with dire consequences.   SI  Karanjeet Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat   is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2          Case FIR No. 169/16 dated 27/06/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Sadar by  ASI Anand  Kishore  I.O. of P.S. Sadar   that  on 27/06/16   he was on patrolling  along with other police officials  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  5 Bottles of  Country Liquor  from the possession of  Bhagi Rath S/O Sh.  Sher Singh  R/O  Score PO  Nasloh Tehsil Sadar District  Mandi (HP). ASI  Anand Kishore  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

3          Case FIR No. 170/16 dated 28/06/16 U/S 341, 504, 506 IPC has been  registered in P.S.   Sadar on the complaint of  SH. Sohan Lal S/O Sh. Kanhu Ram  VPO  Behna, Tehsil  Balh  District Mandi (HP) he is working in the shop of  Vishal Chadha at  old  Bus  Stand  Mandi .   Today at about  09:30 AM  Rajesh  Chadha   came there , obstructed his way and  beat him up and  also  threaten  him with dire consequences.  ASI Ram Lal  I/C of PP City    is investigating the case.    

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

4          Case FIR No.  69/16 dated  27/06/16  U/S  451,  323, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Puran Chand S/O Sh. Gian  Chand  R/O  Takoli  PO  Nagwain  Sub-Tehsil Aut  District Mandi (HP) that  on  26/06/16  he was present in his shop ,  in the mean time  Munish Rawat,  Anurag Sharma &  Dev Raj entered in shop and beat  to Puran Chand  and sustained injuries . HC Hari Singh  No. 407  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF   FOREST ACT

5          Case FIR No. 105/16 dated 28/06/16  U/S  41, 42 of Indian Forest Act  &  U/S  379  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Ram  Singh S/O Sh. Bhadar Singh  R/O  Sagahan PO  Jugahan Tehsil  Sundernagar District Mandi (HP)  presently  Posted as a    Block Range  Officer    at   Jahal . On  28/06/16 he laid a nakka along with  other officials at  Jahal and during   the course of   checking of unclaimed  Vehicle (HP65-3917)  he recovered  4 sleeper  of Deodar  .  ASI  Roop  Singh  I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 6         222  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 34,200 /- was recovered and 10 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1000 /- was recovered and  1 challan  was issued  under Mining Act   and fine of  Rs.  500/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
