CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No.  174/16 dated 09/06/16  U/S  279 IPC & U/S 187  has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh.  Vinod   Bhardwaj S/O Sh.  Shanker Dayal  R/O  Bhoti PO  Tarkwari Tehsil Bhoranj District Hamirpur (HP) that  on 08/06/16  he was  going Sarkaghat to Jahu by  his   Car (HP28C-0360)  and when he reached near dairy form , in the mean time  a Jeep  came rashly and negligently  from  Mohin side and  hit his Car and sped  away from the spot.    ASI  Trilok  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

2          Case FIR No. 100/16 dated 09/06/16  U/S 366, 120(B)  IPC has been registered in P.S.   Jogindernagar on the complaint of a person  R/o  Seri P.O. & Tehsil  Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP)  that his daughter is missing and he suspect that  Altaf S/O Sh. Mohd Ali  R/O   Janglu R/O  Taroh Gaon Distt. Kupwara (J&K) &  Vihsal  S/O Sh. Rupesh Kumar R/O   Seri  &  Vinod  Kumar  S/O Sh. Prem Chand   R/O main bazaar  Jogindernagar  kidnapped  his daughter .  ASI Tarsem Singh  I.O. of PP Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No.  163/16 dated 08/06/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Balh by  ASI   Anand  Kishore  I.O. of CIA  Mandi  that  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at  Balt and   during   the  course of   patrolling   he recovered   12 Bottles of English Wine & 9  Bottles of  Country Liquor from the  possession of Chaman Lal S/O Karam Das R/O Jajrout PO Balt Tehsil Balh Distt Mandi (HP).  SI  Vikash Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No. 164/16 dated 08/06/16 U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Tej Singh  S/O Sh. Prabha Ram R/O  Lukhahan PO  Sadhyani Tehsil Balh District (HP) that on 08/06/16  he was  present in the courtyard of his home, in the mean time  a Truck(HP64-6117) which was driven  by  Deep Chand  came rashly  and  negligently  from  Kalkhar side  and  fell down 30-40 feet downward from the  road . ASI  Bodh Raj I/C of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

                     

 5         Case FIR No. 155/16 dated 08/06/15  U/S 451, 452, 506,341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Kanauroo Ram  S/O Sh. Kanhsi Ram R/O  Majkhetar PO  Taleli Tehsil Sundernagar Distict Mandi (HP)  that his  brother  namely  Sharwan Kumar   &  Lala Ram resident of  same locality , entered in his  courtyard, obstructed his way and  beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequence.   ASI  Brij Lal I/C of PP Dehar is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF   HURT

6          Case FIR No. 156/16 dated 08/06/16  U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh.  Dharam Pal S/O Sh. Gauri Ram  Thakur  R/O   Bari Chathrokhari Tehsil Sundernagar Distict Mandi (HP) that on 08/06/16  Hushan Lal S/O Sh. Bhudi Ram  PO  Chatrokhari Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP)  obstructed his way and beat him  up. SI  Vijay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

7          Case FIR No. 155/16 dated  90/06/16 U/S 279, 337  IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh.  Bharat Kumar R/O  VPO Barigumanu Tehsil  Sadar District Mandi (HP) that  today 09/06/16  he was present at Ganpat temple, in the mean time  a Tipper  (HP65B-3345)  came   rashly   and  negligently  from Bari Gumanu  side  and  fell down  from the  road at Z.H. Mandi.  HC Sanjeev No. 31   I.O. of PP City is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1.  255  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 38000/- was recovered and 03 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
