CASE OF HURT AND RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

1. Case FIR No. 37/16 dated 08/03/2016 U/S 325,336 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Khem Raj S/O Sh. Manghru Ram VPO Sainj Bagra Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/03/2016 cattle  of Panna Lal S/O Sh. Abhi Ram VPO Sainj Bagra entered in his fields. On this his son Sukander aged 7 years old went to ran away these cattle of said Panna Lal from his fields. But in the mean time Panna Lal also came there and he pushed his minor son due to which he sustained injuries. HC Tej Ram No. 55 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCINDENT

1. Case FIR No. 44/16 dated 07/03/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Praveen Kumar S/O Sh. Hem Raj R/O Vill. Masog PO & Tehsil Chachiot Dist. Mandi (HP) that on 07/03/2016 he along with his friend Sunil Kumar were going to their home by M/Cycle and when they reached near Bajrohru, an alto car (HP32B-1122) came very rashly and negligently and hit their M/Cycle and he sustained injuries. ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1. Case of 45/16 dated 08/03/2016 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Khem Singh S/O Sh. Ganesh Lal R/O Jhanni PO Bara Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/03/2016 Bhindru S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O Chhaprahan PO Nandi Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi came along with unknown persons by vehicle (HP33ET-9475), obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Inder Dev No. 35 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES.

1. Case FIR No. 1/16 dated 08/03/2016 U/S 498A, 494, 34 IPC has been registered in Woman P.S. Mandi on the written complaint of Smt. Parvati Devi W/O Sh. Hem Singh R/O Vill. Baklahan PO Kufri Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that her husband Hem Singh, her father-in-law Gurdhayan Singh and her mother-in-law Satya Devi harassing her since 2009 after her marriage and she also   suspects that her husband solemnized second marriage with some other lady.   ASI Govind Pal I.O. of Woman P.S. Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, RIOTING, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 64/16 dated 07/03/2016 U/S 341,147,149,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkagaht on the complaint of Sh.  Ranjeet @ Sanju S/O Sh. Surender Pal R/O Vill. Gadyara PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/03/2016 he along with his cousin Goldy S/O Sh. Suresh Chand were gone to attend the marriage ceremony in their relationship where Abhishek, Vijay and his 5-6 associates/friends obstructed his way and  beat him up and they also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Devender Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 66/16 dated 07/03/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Dault Ram S/O Sh. Beli Ram R/O Vill. Siram PO Marathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was present in his shop, in the mean time a private bus (HP65-4770) came very rashly from Patraun side and said bus rolled from the road due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of said bus. In this bus only driver  of said bus was sitting  who sustained injuries and admitted to Z.H. Mandi. ASI Chatter Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

1. 160 challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 14,500/-   was  recovered and    4 challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs.400/-    was   recovered  during last 24 hours.
