CRIME REPORT 23 MARCH

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

1. Case FIR No. 23/03/2016 U/S 365,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar @ Bittu S/O Late Sh. Dum Ram R/O Vill. Panyali PO Khakhriyan Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/03/2016 Chet Ram along with other two persons took him away from Rewalsar bazaar in a vehicle at Doh and there beat him up. SI Sansar Chand Incharge P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 67/16 dated 22/03/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Raju Ram S/O Sh. Labhu Ram R/O VPO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/03/2016 he was present in his shop at Kanaid, in the mean time  a vehicle came rashly and negligently and hit a lady namely Bachni Devi and sped away from the spot. HC Tek Chand No. 03 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CHEATING, AND FORGERY

3. Case FIR No. 50/16 dated 22/03/2016 U/S 20,467,468,471 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the  omplaint of Sh. Subhash Chand incharge Drahal Forest Beat, Forest Division Jogindernagar that Virender Thakur S/O Sh. Kali Dass RFO Bir DFO Bir Forest Division, Palampur produced fake certificate of ST category and his  appointment is on the basis of said fake certificate. ASI Sukesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT
4. Case FIR No. 5/16 dated 23/03/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Chander R/O Vill. Jamthala PO & Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was on patrolling along with other officials at Ladbharol bazaar and during patrolling he recovered 12 bottles of English wine and 11 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Chander R/O Vill. Jamthala PO & Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Sandeep Kumar Incharge P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.  

CHALLAN

5. 161 challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 31,200/-   was  recovered and    2 challans   were  issued  under Mining Act and no fine  recovered  during last 24 hours.
