CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, MISCHIEF AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 51/16 dated 06/03/2016 U/S 341,323,427,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kishan Chand R/O Vill. Sai PO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/03/2016 he was travelling along with Sh. Rattan Singh and Sh. Amar Singh by a vehicle (HP11-8471) from Chhattar to Nerchowk and when they reached at Sai, in the mean time   Subhash Chand S/O Sh. Brestu Ram R/O Chunahan and Kalu Ram S/O Sh. Brestu Ram and their some other  associates obstructed their way and beat them up and also broke the glasses and flap of above mentioned vehicle. HC Tek Chand No.3 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND THEFT

1. Case FIR No. 67/16 dated 06/03/2016 U/S 447,379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Mohini Devi W/O Sh. Balkrishan R/O Vill. Badsu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/11/2015 Bhim Singh cut and took away a tree from land comprising Khasra No. 475. Now she obtained demarcation from revenue authority and said tree was cut down from her land. HC Dharmender Kumar No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF SUICIDE

1. Case FIR No. 63/16 dated 06/03/2016 U/S 306 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Gulab Singh Thakur S/O Late Sh. Devku Ram R/O Vill. Badu PO Khalanu Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP) that Gulshan Kumar R/O Mandi gave a cheque to his son Sanjay Thakur and said cheque bounced back and a case in this regard is pending with the Ld. Court.  His son Sanajy Thakur asked to Gulshan Kumar  to return back his money but said Gulshan Kumar threatened to his son Sanjay Thakur and his son Sanjay Thakur committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance. ASI Ram Lal Incharge P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

1. Case FIR No. 64/16 dated 06/03/2016 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Om Prakash Kapoor S/O Sh. Hem Prabh Kapoor R/O H. No. 219/1 Jawaharnagar Mandi that on 06/03/2016 he was going to his home and when he reached near Sanjeevan Hospital by his car (HP33E-2900), in the mean time a car (HP33B-8229) obstructed his way and beat him up and driver of said car also threatened to him with dire consequences. HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 65/16 dated 06/03/2016 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Ashul Guleria S/O Sh. Pradeep Guleria R/O Vill. Manyana PO Tilli Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/03/2016 he was going along with his friend Sh. Chetan Thakur from Samkhetar to bazaar side by his car (HP33E-2900) and when they reached near Sanjeevan hospital, in the mean time a car (HP33B-8229) came from front side. Om Prakash Kapoo, Lomesh Handa and Raksha Kapoor occupants of said car obstructed their way and beat him up along with Sh. Chetan Thakur and they also threatened with dire consequences. HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of P.S. Sadar City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 30/16 dated 07/03/2016 U/S  279,337,394A IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Daya Ram S/O Sh. Bhikham Ram R/O Vill. Bajini PO Nihari   Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi  that on 06/03/2016 at about 7 PM he was present in his home along with his family members at Mundhali Dhar, in the mean time Sh. Prem Lal S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Paralibain came in injured condition in his home and told him that he along with Sh. Chet Ram S/O Sh. Keshav Ram, Sh. Sita Ram S/O Sh. Masadi Ram, Sh. Rakesh   Kumar S/O Sh. Chet Ram, Sh. Desh Raj S/O Sh. Chet Ram, Sh. Chet Ram S/O Sh. Devi Ram were travelling by car (HP33-9267) which was driven by Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Chet Ram and said Rakesh Kumar lost control over said vehicle and fell down from the road. In this mishap Sh. Chet Ram S/O Sh.Devi Ram R/O Vill. Pralibain  PO Nihari Sub Tehsil Nihari  Distt. Mandi (HP) aged 47   years old died on the spot and other five occupants of said ill fated vehicle sustained injuries.    ASI Khalil Ahmad Incharge P.P. Nihari is investigating the case.

CASE OF INTIMIDATION AND UNDER THE SCHEDULED CASTES AND THE SCHEDULED TRIBES  (PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES) ACT 1989

1. Case FIR No. 63/16 dated 07/03/2016 U/S 504,506 IPC and U/S 3(1)(X) of the Scheduled Castes & the Scheduled Tribe(Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989 has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Kamlesh Kumar S/O Sh. Sukh Ram R/O Vill. Barchhwar PO Surajpurbari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/03/2016 about 7.30 PM Subhash Chand abused him by caste. Sh. Sanjeev Bhatia SDPO Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

1. 265  challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 36,300/-   was  recovered, 16 challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs.1800/-   was   recovered and 5 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 19,200/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
