CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT   AND CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

1         Case   FIR No. 55/16 dated 30/03/16   U/S  341, 323,504, 506   IPC has been   registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt.  Narvada Devi W/O Sh.  Om  Dev  R/O  Murahala PO   Thunag   District  Mandi (HP) that on 28/03/16  Bhaskar  S/O Sh. Netar Singh  R/O  Muhrala PO  Thunag  District Mandi (HP)  obstructed her way and beat her up and threatened her with dire consequences.  HC Sarwan Kumar  No. 917  I/O of  PP  Janjehli is investigating the case.

2             Case FIR No. 77/16 dated 30/03/16  U/S  341, 323, 504, 506, 34  IPC  has been registered in P.S.   Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Narad  Ram   S/O Sh.  Manghu Ram  R/O  Sawal PO  Batwara Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that  on 29/03/16  his wife   was coming  back to  home, in the mean time  Sita Ram S/O Sh.  Hari  Ram    came alongwith  his  mother namely  Chuhri Devi  and obstructed   her  way and  beat her  up  and also threatened  her  with  dire consequences .  HC  Tek Chand  No. 902   I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the  case.

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

3          Case FIR No. 87/16 dated 29/03/16   U/S 279, 337  IPC   has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh   Kumar  S/O Sh. Mulkah Raj  R/O House  No. 114/03  Palace  Colony   Mandi (HP) that on 29/03/16  his   grandson namely  Pawan  Kumar  aged 8 years old   was  playing  alongside the road , in the mean time  a   Car(HP33C-2210) came rashly  and negligently from  towards  Pulgharat  side  and  hit his grandson  as a result  he  sustained injuries.  This  incident occurred due to rash and negligent    driving  by  said  car  driver .  HC  Manoj Kumar  No. 50  I.O. of PP City is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

4    Case FIR  No. 87/16 dated 29/03/16  U/S  325  IPC has been registered in P.S.    Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Smt. Shakuntla Devi  W/O Sh.  Biri Singh  R/O  Manvana PO  Khudla PO  Khudla Tehsil Baldwara District Mandi (HP) that on 28/03/16  Maya  Devi  resident of  same locality  beat her up and she sustained injuries.  SI  Ashwani I/C of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE  OF  CHEATING, FORGERY   AND   CRIMINAL  CONSPIRACY  

5    Case FIR No. 88/16 dated 29/03/16  U/S  420, 467,  468, 471,120 (B) ,   IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the  written complaint of Sh.   Bachitter Singh   S/O Sh. Lacchman Singh  R/O  Kalehri PO Narola Tehsil Sarkaghat District  Mandi (HP)   received  through  Ld Court  Sarkaghat   that    on  06/06/15  Ashok Kumar , Nirmala Devi,  Vivek,  Archana, Lekh Raj  filed  a   false   complaint   against  complainant  in Gram Panchayat  by   fake  signature  of   villager.  SI  Ashwani  Kumar  I/C of PP Hatli  is investigating the case.

  CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6    Case FIR No. 89/16 dated 30/03/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Balam Ram S/O Sh. Ludder Ram   R/O  Chuda PO  Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat  District Mandi (HP) that   on 29/03/16  he boarded   a School  Bus(HP28-1995)   which was  driven by  Parkash  Chand    and when said bus reached near Bandal  Chowk,   driver  lost  control on the  bus due to rash  on and negligent driving and said bus   fell downwards  from the  road  and he alongwith driver Prakash Chand  sustained injuries in this mishap.  HC  Kamal Kant  No. 860  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

CHALLANS

1.  162 Vehicles were  challaned  under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 14,300/- was recovered  and  11challans  were  issued under COTPA  Act  and fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered   and 16   challan were  issued  under  Mining Act and  fine of Rs.  31,800 was  recovered during last 24 hours.
