CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1 Case FIR No. 22/16 dated 19/03/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Hari Singh No. 407 I.O. P.S. Aut that 18/03/16 on receiving telephonic information he rushed to spot at Jhiri and found that a Motor Cycle (PB06N-0797) met with an accident which was ridden by Raj Kumar S/O Madan Lal R/O Pathanchakk PO Jakhulari Tehsil & Distt Pathankot (PB) with rashly and negligently . In this accident said rider along with pillion rider namely Mandeep S/O Kaku Ram R/O Narot sustained injuries. HC Hari Singh No. 407 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2 Case FIR No. 51/16 dated 19/03/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI Gopal Singh I/C of PP Janjehli that on 18/03/16 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Odidhar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 6 Bottles of illicit Liquor, 2 Bottles of Country Liquor & 1 Bottle of English Wine from the possession of Narottam Ram S/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O Tungaldhar PO Janjehli District Mandi (HP) . SI Gopal Singh I/C of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
3 Case FIR No. 75/16 dated 19/03/16 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Sen S/O Sh. Surender Sen R/O House No. 110/13 Paddal Mohalla Mandi that on 19/03/16 he was going to his home, in the mean time Leela Singh resident of same locality came along with his wife and obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Ram Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
4 Case FIR No. 76/16 dated 19/03/16 U/S 451, 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Leela Singh S/O Late. Sh. Sher Singh R/O House No. 110/13 Paddal Mohalla District Mandi (HP) that on 19/03/16 he was working in his home, in the mean time Rakesh Sen S/O Sh. Surrender Sen resident of the same locality came alongwith his mother namely Geeta Sen, entered in his home and beat him up. HC Kamal Singh No. 79 I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

242 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 36,600/- was recovered and 16 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1600 /- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 11,600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
