CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 62/16 dated 05/03/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar Mandi, on the complaint of Sh. Gunpreet Singh S/O Sh. Onkar Singh R/O H.No. 385/2 Housing Colony Bhiuli, Tehsil Sadar, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/03/16 at about 08:30 PM he was going to Mandi Bazaar along with his friend Piyush by a scooty and when they reached near Girls School Samkheter in the mean time a car (HP40B-5695) stopped in front of their scooty and two persons came out and abused them and beat them up and they sustained injuries. They also threatened them with dire consequences. HC Sanjeev Kumar I/O PP City Mandi is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 62/16 dated 06/03/16 U/S 341, 323,504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat, on the complaint of Sh. Aashish Guleria S/O Sh. Ashwani Guleria Vill. Tatih, PO and Tehsil Sarkaghat, Distt Mandi (HP) that on 05/03/16 at about 10:30PM he was at Alyana to attend a marriage along with his friend Nikhil S/O Sh. Sanjay in the mean time Goldy S/O Sh. Raju R/O Alyana obstructed them, abused and beat them up and they sustained injuries. He also threatened them with dire consequences. HC Devinder Kumar I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
3. 222 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 24300/- was recovered and 38 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 3800/- was recovered and 10 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 34200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
