CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 21/16 dated 14/03/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Naveen Kumar S/O Sh. Surender Singh R/O Vill. Naalsan PO Saigalu Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/03/2016 he along with his friend came from Megal by M/Cycle (HP33C-7512) and when they reached at Lawandi bridge, in the mean time a Tempo Trax (HP33C-7512) came from Mandi side towards Lawandi very rashly & negligently and hit his M/Cycle. In this incident he along with his friend  sustained injuries. ASI Ramesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 50/16 dated 15/03/2016 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Murari Lal S/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O Vill. Oyeri PO Chailchowk Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/03/2015 he son Dharuv was playing along with his friends, in the mean time Lalit Kumar S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Oyeri PO & Tehsil  Chailchowk Distt. Mandi (HP) came there and beat up his son Dharuv and broke a tooth of his son. HC Inder Dev No. 35 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR NO. 36/16 dated 15/03/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC & U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Nisha Devi W/O Sh. Chint Ram R/O Vill. Bithri PO Kutahchi Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/03/2016, a vehicle (HP30-0811) hit her at Bithri Bazaar and she sustained injuries due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of said vehicle and he also fled away from the spot along with his vehicle. ASI Khalit Ahmad Incharge P.P. Nihri is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 56/16 dated 14/03/2016 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Sarla Devi W/O Sh. Basant Singh VPO Chowk Sub Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/03/2016 near Dodwan Sh. Rajender Thakur owner of a vehicle (HP31A-0168) lost control over his vehicle and said vehicle rolled down from the road. In this mishap Mr. Rajender Kumar S/O Sh. Mehar Chand R/O VPO Chowk Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) aged 50 years old sustained injuries who rushed to CHC Sundernagar where MO of CHC Sundernagar declared him brought dead. ASI Sharwan Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MOLESTTION  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 57/16 dated 14/03/2016 U/S 452,354B,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of a lady resident of village Kanokhar Tehsil Sundernagar  that on 14/03/2016 she was present in her house, in the mean time Balak Ram entered in her room and tried to outrage her modesty and he also threatened to her with dire consequences. ASI Brij Lal incharge P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR No. 44/16 dated 15/03/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Joginderngar by ASI Sukesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar that today Vajir Chand S/O Sh. Rattan Chand R/O Vill. Bheri PP Ahju Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) was driving his vehicle (HP29A-5516) rashly and negligently and due to rash and negligent driving his said vehicle rolled down about 300 feet downwards. ASI Sandeep Kumar Incharge P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

7. Case FIR No. 74/16 dated 14/03/2016 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Padma Devi W/O Sh. Bhikam Ram R/O Vill. Gharwasra PO Leda Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/03/2016, Leela Devi and Meena Devi beat her up and also threatened with dire consequences.  HC Raj Kumar No. 27 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

8. Case FIR No. 75/16 dated  15/03/2016 U/S 279,337,304A IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Babu Ram S/O Sh. Yog Raj R/O VPO Bhangrotu that on 14/03/2016 when he was going to his home near Bhangrotu, a truck was turning on the road, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP33C-6139) came from Mandi side and struck with said truck and all three occupants of said M/Cycle sustained injuries. Two persons  namely Jitender Kumar @ Jeetu  S/O Sh. Vikram  R/O Chaugan Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) aged 23 years old and Deepak Kumar S/O Sh. Duni Chand VPO Nerchowk Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) died at Z.H. Mandi during the course of their treatment at Z.H. Mandi (HP). Manish @ Meghu S/O Sh. Hem Raj R/O Dhangu PO Ratti Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) aged 19 years old sustained injuries and he is referred to PGI Chandigarh from Z.H. Mandi (HP) for treatment. ASI Shamsher Singh is investigating the case.  

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

9. Case FIR No. 71/16 dated 14/03/2016 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Hima Devi W/O Sh. Mohan Singh R/O Vill. Pasta PO Pairi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/03/2016 he was sitting in his courtyard, in the mean time Sanjay Kumar came there, obstructed his way and beat him up. SI Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

10. Case FIR No. 72/16 dated 15/03/2016 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of  Sh. Gopal S/O Sh. Puran Chand R/O Vill. Chadidhar PO Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/03/2016, Nota Ram obstructed his way and beat him  and also used un-parliamentary language.

 

 CHALLAN

11. 127 challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 12,300/-   was  recovered,     9 challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs.900/-    was   recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
