CASE OF MURDER

1          Case FIR No. 37/16  dated 17/03/16  U/S 302, 328 , 120(B)  IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt.  Latendu W/O  Sh.  Leeladhar R/O  Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar District  Mandi (HP) that on  17/03/16   at about 7  PM  she  was  informed  by  Smt. Neelam Patiyal   R/O  Tunahi that   something   happened  wrong  with  her brother-in-law namely   Sh.  Lekh Raj. On this   she  alongwith  her  family members rushed  to the house of Sh.   Lekh Raj at  Tunahi   and  they found   that Lekh Raj  was lying dead  inside  of his house. She  suspected  that   his wife  Gita  Devi  gave  some poisonous   substance  to Sh. Lekh Raj   with  the conspiracy  of contractor Ramesh  Kumar   R/O  Kuthai.  ASI Jagdish Kumar I/O PS BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2         Case FIR No. 39/16 dated 17/03/16  U/S  20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in P.S.  Karsog  by  SI  Sunil Kumar   that  on 17/03/16  he was  on traffic  checking  duty   alongwith other police officials at Katandha and during the  course of   checking  he recovered  80 Gram  cannabis (Charas) from the possession of  Dev Raj  S/O Sh. Chint Ram  R/O  Koltha Shah, PO  Pokhi, Tehsil  Karsog  District Mandi (HP) .  Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by  SI Sunil Kumar  SHO of  P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3          Case FIR No.  40/16 dated 18/03/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog  on the complaint of Sh. Vivek Sharma S/O Sh. Narender Kumar VPO  Pangna Tehsil  Karsog  District Mandi (HP) that on 17/03/16  he  alongwith Harish Kumar  were  going  by   Car(HP33T-9394)  from Pangna  towards Charkufari  by car and  Car was driven by  Om Parkash , when they reached near  Charkufri, in the  mean time   driver of  said car lost the control on it due to rash & negligent  driving  and fell down  about 150 feet  downwards from the road  and  they all ( three occupants ) sustained injuries .  HC Ashok  Kumar  No. 885  I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

4            Case FIR No. 59/16 dated 17/03/16  U/S  20 of NDPS Act  has been registered in P.S.   Sundernagar by  SI  Nand Lal   I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 17/03/16  he  laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials  at Pungh  and  during the checking of  Punjab Roadways  Bus he recovered  80   Gram cannabis (Charas)  from the possession of  Vijay  Kumar  S/O Sh. Bishambar Dass   Ward No. 3  R/O  Dabla Tehsil  Ghumarwin District  Bilaspur  aged 24 years old . Accused  has been arrested and further  investigation is being carried out by  SI  Nand Lal   I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar .

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5         Case FIR No. 71/16 dated 17/03/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act  has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  by  ASI  Trilok  Chand  I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat that   he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Raper and during the course of  patrolling he   recovered  750  ML  Illicit Liquor from the possession of Tara Chand S/O Sunder Ram Village Raper PO Bhaderwar Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP).   ASI  Trilok Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING, FORGERY  AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

6          Case FIR No. 72/16 dated 17/03/16  U/S 420 , 463, 464, 468, 494, 499, 182, 201, 120(B) , 196, 497  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rattan Chand S/O Sh. Sukh Ram  VPO  Darpa Tehsil  Sarkaghat  District  Mandi (HP) that  during the year  2010 he met  with Dimple Sharma  and she introduced  herself Seema Sharma   and she also told  herself  as a employee  of Luminous  company  at Baddi  and she  shown to herself as unmarried. On this complainant  got married with her    before  the Executive Magistrate Shimla  and he also gave  her   ornaments amounting to Rs.  2  Lacs  but soon after of his marriage  he  came to know that she   was already married and  she had also  blessed with a girl baby. She intestinally  prepared forged and fake  documents with the  intention to  harm to him.  ASI  Naresh Kumar  I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat  is investigating the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7         Case FIR No. 73/16 dated 18/03/16  U/S  451, 323, 506  IPC has  been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt.  Beena Devi  W/O Sh. Sita Ram R/O  Ghori PO Smaila Tehsil  Baldwara District  Mandi (HP)   that on 17/03/16  Bablu S/O Sh. Hem Raj R/O  Ghori  Rehari PO  Smailla  entered in  her home and  beat her up and also threatened her  with dire  consequences .  HC  Prem Singh  No. 75  I.O.  of  PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE  OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

  8       Case FIR No. 77/16 dated 18/03/16  U/S  279 IPC &  U/S  184 MV Act  has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of   Late. Sh. Dharam Singh R/O  Tamroh PO Diyargi Tehsil Balh  District Mandi (HP) that on 18/03/16  he   was  going to  his home   at Tamroh , in the mean time a  Motor Cycle (HP33C-8049)  came rashly    from  Diyagi towards  Dhanotu  and suddenly said bike   fell down  on the road and  Motor Cycle rider identified as  Pawan Kumar  S/O Sh. Tara Chand  R/O  Salwaha PO  Chunahan Tehsil Balh  District Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Rajender Thakur  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1.   173    Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs.  34,100 /- was recovered and 18 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1800  was  recovered  and 1 challan was issued under Ming Act  and  fine of  Rs. 4500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
