 CASE   OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 54/16 dated 29/03/16  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34  IPC  has been registered in P.S. Gohar  on the complaint of Sh. Bhaskar S/O Sh. Netar Singh  R/O  Muhrala PO  Thunag District  Mandi(HP) that on 28/03/16  at about 7:45 AM   Narwada Devi   W/O Sh. Om Dev  &  Naina Devi  W/O  Parma  Nand  both  are the  resident of same locality, obstructed his way   and beat him up and  they  also threatened  him with  dire consequences . HC  Sarwan Kumar  No. 917 I.O. of  PP  Janjehli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No. 85/16  dated 341, 323, 504  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sadar on  the complaint of Sh. Jai  Ram   S/O Sh. Sewak Ram R/O  VPO  Dudar Tehsil  Sadar  District  Mandi (HP) that  Jai Singh    R/O Duddar P.O. Duddar     District Mandi (HP)  came along with   other  person  obstructed his way and  beat him up . HC  Ram Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi  is investigating the case. 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY ,HURT  AND INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 86/16  dated    U/S  451,  341, 323, 504 IPC   has been   registered  in   P.S.   Sadar  on the complaint of Sh. Jai Singh S/O Sh. Mangat Ram R/O   Dudar  Tehsil Sadar  District  Mandi (HP) that     Jai  Ram resident  of the  same  locality  entered  in his courtyard   and  obstructed him  and beat him up . ASI   Gian Chand  I.O.  of  P.S. Sadar  Mandi  is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No. 25/16 dated 29/03/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the  complaint of Sh.  Manjur Hussain  S/O Sh.  Munir Hussain  R/O  Ajamabad PO  Mandi   District  Punchh (J&K)  that on 28/03/16  he was  going towards  Nagwain  along with  Abdual   Hamid ,   Manir Hussain,  Najira, in the mean  time   a Jeep  (HP66-3700) which was   driven by  Harish   Kumar  S/O Sh.  Tikeshwar  R/O  Hansu  P.O.  Panarsa  Tehsil Aut    District   Mandi (HP) , came   rashly and negligently from  Kullu  towards Mandi  and hit him    and  he  sustained  injuries.  ASI  Sunhash Chand  I.O. of P.S.  Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No. 76/16  dated 29/03/16  U/S 451, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt.  Chinta Devi W/O Sh. Lekh Ram R/O   Balhra PO  Nalag  Tehsil  Sundernagar District  Mandi (HP) that  on  28/03/16 Ram Swaroop S/O Sh. Khyali  Ram  entered  in his courtyard  and  beat her up and  they also threatened  her  with dire consequences .  ASI  Brij Lal  I/C of PP Dehar is investigating the case.   

CASE OF  HURT

6          Case FIR No. 88/16 dated  29/03/16  U/S 324,  323  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Smt. Maheshwari  Devi W/O Sh. Sawaru Ram R/O  Kasarla PO  Ratti   Tehsil  Balh  District Mandi (HP) that  on 29/03/16    she was  going to  her home, in the mean time  Pawana Devi  W/O Sh. Jagat Singh  resident of  same locality  obstructed her  way and beat  her  up .  ASI  Tarsem  Singh  I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating  the case.

CHALLANS

1.  185 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 24,800/- was recovered and  3 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 300 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
