CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 65/16 dated 09/03/2016 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Munsi Ram S/O Sh. Gusai Ram R/O Vill. Dadaur PO Rakhoh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/03/2016 Hukam Chand obstructed him along with his brother Bansi Ram and he beat up his brother Bansi Ram. HC Kamal kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 68/16 dated 08/03/2016 U/S 325,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Vimal Kumar S?O Sh. Tota Ram R/O Vill. Behna Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 03/03/2016 Shyam Lal and his son Ishu beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Rajender Thakur I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3. Case FIR No. 31/16 dated 08/03/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by SI Bhim Sen SHO P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dhanotu Chowk and during the patrolling he recovered 3000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Kubja Devi W/O Late Sh. Laxman Dass R/O Village Dhanotu PO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Bhim Sen SHO P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

  4.         173 challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 25,400/-   was  recovered and    12 challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs.1600/-    was   recovered  during last 24 hours.
