MONTHLY JOINT CONSULTANCY COMMITTEE-CUM-CRIME MEETING
1 Today Monthly joint Consultancy Committee-cum- Crime Meeting of District Mandi Police held under the chairmanship of Sh. Prem Kumar Thakur , IPS Superintendent of Police , Distt. Mandi (HP) at Police Lines Mandi in which all the gazetted officers , all the SHOs , I/C PPs and about 91 police officials of Mandi Police Participated .
The Superintendent of Police , Mandi (HP) redress the all welfare issues of the police personnel in the meeting and also directed to the all Station House Officers and inchages of police post to laid nakkas regularly to nab the smugglers and detection work need to be increased .
The Superintendent of Police , Mandi Sh. Prem Kumar Thakur , IPS also directed to all SHOs that sincered affords be taken to deal the cases of missing/ Abducted children .
CASE OF MISCHIEF
2 Case FIR No. 49/16 dated 03-03-16 U/S 436 IPC has been registered in PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Singh Ram R/O VPO Bhojpur, Tehsil Sunder Nagar, District Mandi (HP) that in the intervening night of 02/03-03-16 he received a call from unknown number that someone set his shop on fire. On this information he reached on the spot and saw whole of the wine shop was burning on fire. He suspected that salesman Rakesh Kumar burnt the said wine shop. Accused Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Badri Dutt R/O Beri Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) has been arrested in said case and Rs 20, 650/- also recovered from his possession , in which Rs. Rs 6000/- recovered from his shoes and Rs. 14,650 recovered from Rasmai Nala which was hidden by him below the stone . SI Vijay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, RIOTING AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 42/16 dated 03-03-16 U/S 341, 147,149,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Rama Devi W/O Sh. Khem Singh R/O Jhyout PO Bara, Tehsil Chachiot, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02-03-16 at about 6:00 PM she was coming back to her home from fields in the mean time Maya Dass, Ram Singh, Jawali Devi, Bhadri Devi and Sheela Devi Obstructed her way, abused her and beat her up and she sustained injuries. They also threatened her with dire consequences. ASI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
4 Case FIR No. 43/16 dated 03-03-16 U/S 451,323,324,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Sita Devi W/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O Sihal, PO Bassi, Tehsil Chachiot, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02-03-16 at about 10:00AM she was in her home in the mean time Jiva Nand and his wife came there and beat her up and she sustained injuries. They also threatened her with dire consequences. HC Chaman Lal I/O PS Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS AND HURT
5 Case FIR No. 64/16 dated 03-03-2016 U/S 452, 323 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Vicky S/O Sh. Tej Singh R/O Village Gutkar, Tehsil Balh, District Mandi (HP) that on 02-03-2016 at about 11:00 PM Sonu S/O Bindu entered in his home and beat him up. HC Balam Ram I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ND&PS ACT
6 Case FIR No. 61/16 dated 03/03/16 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in PS Sadar Mandi by HC Yashpal that on 03/03/16 at about 04:00PM he was on Naka duty along with other police officials at Kainchimod near Pandoh Dam and during the course of Naka he checked out to Nirmal Kumar S/O Sh. Jeeve Nand R/O Vill. Riyur PO Dharampur Tehsil Dharampur Distt. Mandi (HP) and recovered 300 Gram Charas from his possession. HC YashPal I/O PP Pandoh is investigating the case.
CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT
7 Case FIR No. 20/2016 dated 03-03-2016 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Aut by SI Pritam Singh that on 03-03-16 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Aut Bazaar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 63000ml English Wine and 39000ml Beer from the shop of Harish Kumar S/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O Palser Tehsil Aut, Distt Mandi (HP). SI Pritam Singh Addl.SHO PS Aut is investigating the case.

8 Case FIR No. 25/2016 dated 03-03-2016 U/S 451, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Amar Singh S/O Sh. Didu Ram R/O Vill. Didnu PO Baroti Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02-03-16 at about 08:45PM Tara Chand and Sanjay Kumar entered in his home and beat him up. HC Naresh Kumar I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
9 Case FIR No. 43/16 dated 03/03/16 U/S 452, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Surender Kumar S/O Sh. Purn Chand R/O Dambra PO Banohar Tehsil Bilwar Distt. Kathua (J&K) at present Manager Onam Restaurant Bazar Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he unknown person entered in said Restaurant and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Rajmal No. 875 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
280 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 29,200/- was recovered and 37 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 3700 /- was recovered and 3 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
