CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 69/16 dated 24/03/16 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Nitesh Saini S/O Sh. Shiv Ram Saini R/O Ropa PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/03/2016 Ravi Garg S/O SH. Lal Singh R/O VPO Jarol obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Tek Chand No. 3 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMIANL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 70/16 dated 24/03/2016 U/S 341,323,506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dheeraj Kumar S/O Sh. Sohan Lal R/O BBMB Colony Slapper Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/03/2016 Arvnd Kumar @ Rangu and Sunil Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Tek Chand No. 902 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING AND OBSTRUCTING WAY

1. Case FIR No. 71/16 dated 24/03/2016 U/S 143,341 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by Inspr. Sanjeev Kumar, SHO P.S. Sundernagar that on 24/03/2016 when he reached along with other police officials at Jarol, in the mean time Ravi Garag, Narayan Singh, Champa Dev, Bimla Devi, Hemant Sharma, Pankaj and some other persons were standing on the road side, shouting slogans and also blocked the road. Inspr. Sanjeev Kumar SHO P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 72/16 dated 25/03/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dharam Singh S/O Sh. Jogal Ram R/O Chajwal PO Maloh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he boarded a Bus (HP65A-17777) and when said bus reached at Dehar, in the mean time a vehicle (HP69A-1667) came from opposite side very rashly and struck with said bus. ASI Brij Lal Incharge P.P. Dehar is  investigating the case.

CASE OF MOLESTATION

1. Case FIR No. 73/16 dated 25/03/2016 U/S 354,354D IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of a lady resident of Malhani PO Bayalai Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that  that on 24/03/2016 Suresh @ Sonu S/O Sh. Bansi Ram R/O Malhani tried to outrage her modesty. ASI Brij Lal Incharge P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

1. Case FIR No. 81/16 dated 24/03/2016 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.   Rajender Rana S/O Sh. Raj Kumar R/O Village Kot PO Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi HP that on 24/03/2016 at Tasli Nala two persons namely Naveen & Kulkarni obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

1. Case FIR No. 82/16 dated 24/03/2016 U/S 341,323,504,506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Sohan singh R/O Vill. Jared PO Torkhola Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/03/2016   Nek Ram and Sanjeev Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF NEGLIGENT ACT WITH RESPECT TO ANIMAL

1. Case FIR No. 83/16 dated 24/03/2016 U/S 289 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Biri Singh S/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O Vill. Bada Samahal PO Gahar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/03/2016 pet dog of Balbir Singh resident of  the same locality bit him due to negligence of said Balbir Singh.  ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. o P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING AND CRIMINAL TRESPASS

1. Case FIR No. 84/16 dated 25/03/2016 U/S 147,148,149,452 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Mantosh Kumar S/O Sh. Chandveri R/O Vill. Shakhori PO Ghoghan Tehsil Shor Bazaar District Sharasha Bihar that on 24/03/2016 he was present along with his friends in his rented room at Batail, in the mean time Gola, Sunny, Badu and Nikku etc entered in his room and beat him up. ASI Ashwani incharge P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 39/16 dated 24/03/2016 U/S 341,323, IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh.  Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Bhim Bhadur R/O Vill. Bajihan Sub Tehsil Nihri  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/03/2106 Yeshwant Kumar R/O Nihri obstructed his and beat him up. HC Dharam Chand No. 897 I.O. of P.P. Nihri is investigating the case.

 

 CHALLAN

1. 247 challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 20,100   was  recovered,    14 challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs.1400/-   and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 1400  was   recovered  during last 24 hours.
