CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 45/16 dated 15/03/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh.  Manjit Singh  S/O  Late. Sh.  Badan Singh   R/O  Malanu Tehsil Palampur District Kangra (HP) that   on  15/03/16  at about  4:55 PM  he was  going to his home   by   vehicle (HP56-3051)   and when reached near  Chauntra,  in the mean time  a Motor Cycle ( HP29A-9496)   which was ridden by  Vinay  Kumar S/O Sh. Dan Singh   came rashly  from  Baijnath  side and hit his said vehicle  as a  result    rider along with pillion  rider of said  Motor Cycle  sustained  injuries.   and HC Rajmal No.  875 I/O  of P.S.  Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  PUBLIC SAFETY

2          Case FIR No. 74/16 dated 15/03/16  U/S 283  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar  by  HC  Jagdish Chand  No. 36  I.O. of PP  Pandoh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at  Pandoh Bazaar and during  the patrolling he  found that   a   rehari    was laid  on the road    by  Khadehsar  S/O Sh. Om  Chand  R/O  Kandhi PO  Saroa Tehsil  Chachiot District Mandi (HP)   which was causing obstruction to the  general  public as well as traffic.  HC  Jagdish Chand  No. 36  I.O. of PP  Pandoh is investigating  the case.

CHALLANS

1.  223   Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 18,700/- was recovered   and  2 challan   were  issued under  COTPA and  fine  of Rs. 200/- was  recovered  and  2 challans were issued  under Mining  Act  and  fine of Rs. 7600/- was  recovered during last 24 hours.
