CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT  

1. Case FIR No.160/14 dated 03/12/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karaog on the complaint of Sh. Ved Prakash D/O Sh. Bodh Raj Mahajan R/O Vill. Near Telephone Exchange Baral Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/12/14 a car (HP30-1762) came from Jhungi side and another car (HP30A-2062) came from Karsog side which was driven by Sunny S/O Sh. Ramesh Kumar hit his car and three persons namely Mahinder Kumar, Bansi Lal and Ved Prakash sustained injuries. ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR NO. 136/14 dated 03/12/14 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Rajinder Kumar No. 51 that he was present at Banala in connection with verification of facts of a report lodged in P.S. Aut and in the mean time he found that a car (HP34D-0950) fell down about 30 meters downward and no-body was   present there. HC Rajinder Kumar No. 51 I.O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 CASE OF HURT

3. Case FIR No. 419/14 dated 03/12/14 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Lucky Thakur S/O Sh. Chander Mandi R/O Vill. Chehari PO Jehmat Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/12/14 Kuldeep beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Thakur Dass I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 420/14 dated 03/12/14 U/S 447,341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Khajana Ram R/O Vill. Baggi PO Paunta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt.Mandi (HP) that  on 03/12/14 Santosh Kumar, Vinod Kumar and Pratap Sing beat him up. ASI Thakur Dass I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 170/14 dated 03/12/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Kiran Devi D/O Sh. Sita Ram R/O Gawad PO Sainj Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was going to school, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP32B-2157) came from school side very rashly and hit her and she sustained injuries. HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6. Case FIR No. 171/14 dated 04/12/14 U/D 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Desh Raj S/O Sh. Jai Ram R/O Vill. Bhurnda PO Lamathach Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/12/14 she was going from Thunag to Kuthah by vehicle (HP33(T) 9453) A/F which was driven by Keshav Ram and when said vehicle reached at Lamathach driver of said vehicle lost control over it and rolled down about 100 meters downward and Urmila Devi sustained injuries. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. of P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

7. 53 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs.  7000/-    and 4 challans  made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 400/-.
