CASE OF EXCISE ACT
1 Case FIR No. 209/14 dated 14/12/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Subhash Singh I/C of PP Bassi that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Chalarag and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1875 ML Country Liquor from the possession Yog Raj S/O Sh. Kharbu Ram VPO Chalarag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi . ASI Subhash Chand I/C of PP Bassi is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2 Case FIR No. 210/14 dated 14/12/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Rajesh Kumar I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Pahloon and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 Bottles of English Wine from the possession of Arun Kumar S/O Sh. Ram krishan R/O Pahloon P.O. Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 211/14 dated 15/12/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Onkar Singh S/O Sh. Jhomphy Ram R/O Behla PO Ghamaru Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that today he was going to his home by Jeep (HP38A-4980) from Baijnath to Behala and when he reached near Kala Amb in the mean time a Motor Cycle (HP53-3551) which was ridden by Nitu , came rashly from opposite side and collided with above said Jeep and sustained injuries. HC Raj Kumar No. 27 I.O. of PP Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.
CASE OF CHEATING
4 Case FIR No. 312/14 dated 14/12/14 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sudarshan Kumar S/O Sh. Charan dass R/O S/L-2-174 BBMB Colony Slapper Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/11/14 he received a call from the Mobile No. 07759021183 that his ATM has been blocked and required ATM No. to release the blockage and he told his ATM No. and later he came to know that Rs. 40,530 has been withdrawal from his account by unknown person . ASI Brij Lal I/O of PP Slapper is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
5 30 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.4500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
