Baldev Singh R/O VPO Bhargaon Sub- Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) as they returned back a purse and cash worth of Rs. 9000/- which was found them near Zonal Hospital Mandi(HP) .
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2 Case FIR No. 134/14 dated 1/12/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Rajinder Kumar No. 51 I. O. of P.S. Aut that on a telephonic information he rushed to the spot at Hanogi Mata Temple and found that a Car(HP34C-0770) which was driven by Dugle Ram S/O Sh. Atma Ram R/O Palsher P.O. Nawain Sub Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi was met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving and fell down 150 Mtr. downward from the road and said driver sustained injuries in this mishap. HC Rajinder Kumar No. 51 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 96/14 dated 02/12/14 U/S 279, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by HC Ram Lal I.O. of PS BSL Colony Sundernagar that on 02/12/14 on receipt of information of accident he went on the spot at Jhavar Nala and found that a Motor Cycle(HP31A-5386) met with an accident which was ridden by Yadvinder S/O Sh. Ram Chand R/O Nendhal(Raya) P.O. Badhu Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) and said rider died in this mishap HC Ram Lal No. 543 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
4 Case FIR No. 416 dated 01/12/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI Amrik Chand (Prob) I/C of Detection Squad Mandi that he on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Shivdwala and during the course of patrolling he recovered 2250 ML English Wine from the possession of Ravinder Kumar S/O Sh. Shali Ram R/O Katheli PO Longni Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) . SI Amrik Chand (Prob) I/C of Detection Squad Mandi is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
5 135 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.14,000/- was recovered and 4 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
