1 Case FIR No.116/14 dated 24/12/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by Insp. Daulat Ram I/C of Detection Squad Mandi that on 24/12/14 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 Bottles of Country Liquor , 3 Bottles of Beer & 2 Bottles of English Wine from the possession of Acchar Singh S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Kufri Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) . Insp. Daulat Ram I/C of Detection Squad Mandi is investigating the case.

2 Case FIR No. 404/14 dated 24/12/14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Dhandev S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Mandir Tanda PO Dhawan Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/12/14 he was going to Syanh and when reached near Dhawan , in the mean time Roop Singh resident of same locality , came there and obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Hosiyar Singh No. 873 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

3 Case FIR No. 405/14 dated 25/12/14 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Roop Singh S/O Late. Sh. Munshi Ram R/O Mandir Tanda PO Dhawan Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/12/14 Dhandev resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4 Case FIR No. 220/14 dated 24/12/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of SH. Dhiraj Kumar S/O Sh. Vishan Dass R/O Dakvagra PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/12/14 he alongwith Sanjeev Kumar were going towards Ahju by Motor Cycle(HP29-6948) , in the mean time a Truck (HP38-6430) which was driven by Balwan Singh S/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O Sekhpur P.O. Kandrori Tehsil Indora Distt. Kangra, came rashly and hit his Motor Cycle and they both have sustained injuries. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 907 I.O. of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXTORTION AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY
5 Case FIR No. 451/14 dated 24/12/14 U/S 384, 120(B) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Lal Singh S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O Sanour P.O. Sari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/07/14 Lata Devi resident of same locality told him telephonically that she was going to registered the Case U/S 354 IPC . Afterthat She & Advocate S.K. Verma they both have threatened him that give the Rs. 10 Lac. otherwise Lata Devi registered the case U/S 354 IPC & Attempt to Rape against him and he delivered the cheque of 3 Lac. in terror of criminal case. After receiving the cheque they both have compromised by Advocate. S.K. Verma . ASI Trilok I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDTION
6 Case FIR No. 452/14 dated 25/12/14 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Leela Devi W/O Sh. Rattan Chand R/O Bahi P.O Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/12/14 Promila Devi obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Shiv Singh No. 894 I.O. of PP Hatali is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
7 346 Challans was issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.50,700/- was recovered and 8 challans was issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
