CRIME REPORT ON 24 DEC.

CASE OF NDPS ACT
 

1        Case  FIR No. 297/14 dated 23/12/14  U/S 20 of  NDPS Act has  been registered in P.S. Sadar by  Insp.  Sanjeev Kumar  SHO of   P.S.  Sadar  that on 23/12/14  he laid a  nakka alongwith other police officials at  Bindrabani and  during the course  of  nakkabandi  he  recovered 352 Gram  Charas( Cannabis)  from the possession of  Gaurav S/O  Late. Sh. Ashok Kumar R/O  Jiyuni Road Pandoh P.O. Pandoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) &  Hari  Nath S/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Uchdhar P.O. Barsaini Tehsil  Bhunter Distt. Kullu (HP) .  Insp. Sanjeev Kumar SHO of P.S. Sadar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2        Case  FIR No.188/14  dated  23/12/14  U/S  39 of  HP Excise Act has  been registered in  P.S. Karsog by  SI Sunil  Kumar  SHO of P.S. Karsog  that   on  23/12/14 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Mumail  and  during the course of patrolling   he   recovered  3000 ML  Country  Liquor  from   possession of  Sh. Yog Raj S/O  Late. Sh. Dharam Dass  R/O Chalaru PO Karsog   Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi(HP) .  SI  Sunil  Kumar  SHO of P.S. Karsog  is investigating  the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3        Case FIR No. 219/14  dated 23/12/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered  in P.S. Jogindernagar by  ASI  Rajesh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar that  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at Badehar and during  the course of patrolling he recovered  6 Bottles of  Country  Liquor  from the possession of   Raman Mahant S/O Sh. Sagar Chand  R/O  Badehar PO Mohan Ghatti Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi  (HP).  ASI  Rajesh  Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF CRUELTY BY  HUSBAND, HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4        Case  FIR No.218/14  dated 23/12/14 U/S 498(A), 323, 506, 34 IPC   has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the  complaint  Smt.  Manja Bala W/O Sh. Rakesh Kumar R/O Majharnoo Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)   that  she was  married with   Rakesh Kumar  during the year 2011 . But soon  after   the marriage  her husband ,  brother-in-law ( Naresh Kumar) ,  mother-in-law(  Smt. Kamla Devi) & father-in-law ( Sh. Krishan  Chand)   started to harass her physically and mentally by demanding  dowry and  beat her up,   they all also threatened her  with  dire  consequences .   ASI  Subhash Singh  I/C of PP Bassi  is investigating  the case.  

CASE OF PUBLIC  SAFETY

5        Case FIR No.186/14 dated  23/12/14  U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog  by  ASI  Sohan  Lal  I.O. of P.S. Karsog  that  on 23/12/14  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Karsog  and during the  course  of patrolling   he  found that   Smt. Dhurupati Devi W/O Sh. Abhilakh R/O Nayara PO Karsog  laid  a Rehari  on  the  road  side  which causing obstruction  to  general public  as  well as  traffic.  ASI Sohan Lal  I.O. of P.S. Karsog  is investigating the case.

CASE OF  PUBLIC  SAFETY

6        Case FIR No.187/14 dated  23/12/14  U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog  by  ASI  Sohan  Lal  I.O. of P.S. Karsog  that  on 23/12/14  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Karsog  and during the  course  of patrolling   he  found that     Kamal  Chauhan S/O  Sh. Amar Singh R/O Nayara PO Karsog  laid  a  Rehari  on  the  road  side  which causing obstruction  to  general public  as  well as  traffic.  ASI Sohan Lal  I.O. of P.S. Karsog  is investigating the case.

CASE  OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND INTIMIDATION

7       Case FIR No.115/14 dated 23/12/14 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of  Sh. Mehar Dass  S/O  Late. Sh. Ghumghru R/O Basehar PO Padhar Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 22/12/14 Jai Ram  S/O Sh. Nihalu Ram  resident of same  locality  obstructed his way and beat him up.  HC Chaman Lal No.867 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is  investigating  the case.

CHALLAN

  8      149 Challans  was issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.22,700/-  was  recovered  and 19 challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1900/-  was recovered  and  1  challan was   issued under Mining Act and  fine of Rs. 4600 /-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
