CASE OF   NEGLIGENT ACT, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 439/14 dated 17/12/14  U/S  336,325, 504  IPC has  been  registered  in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Jagdish Chand  S/O  Late. Sh. Parma Ram  R/O  Kohan P.O.  Sajao Piplu  that  his wife  Geeta  Devi  pushed  him from  second floor and  he sustained injuries.  HC   Hem Raj  I/O  of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT  AND MISCHIEF

2          Case FIR No. 440/14 dated 18/12/14 U/S  353, 336, 504, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Dr.  Amit Rattan M.O.  Hospital  Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 18/12/14  some  unknown persons  threw the stone  upon  indoor ward    of hospital  and  also assaulted with hospital  staff .  ASI Trilok  Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

 CASE OF  CHEATING  AND FORGERY

3          Case FIR No. 441/14 dated  18/12/14  U/S 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)  IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat   on the  complaint of Sh. Hukkam Chand S/O Sh. Chhitru Ram  R/O  Gamdhol PO  Brang  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that  his  uncle namely   Gokul Chand  was  expired on  07/12/95   and with    the intention    of grabbing    the property of  Sh.  Gokul  Chand ,  his brother  Safar Chand prepared  forged documents in connivance  with  revenue  staff.  HC    Hem Raj  I.O. of P.S.  Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4      Case FIR No. 291/14  dated  17/12/14 U/S  39 of HP   Excise Act has been registered inP.S. Sadar  by  ASI  Hem Raj  I/O of P.S. Sadar that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Sanyardhi and  during the course  of patrolling he recoverd 6 bottle of  Country liquor from the possession of Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Sewak Ram Vill. Sanyardhi P.O. Talyahar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi. ASI  Hem  Raj  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5            Case  FIR No. 292/14  dated  17/12/14 U/S  39 of HP   Excise Act has been registered inP.S. Sadar  by  SI  Vinod Thakur  I/O  P.S. Sadar that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Talyahar and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  6 Bottles of  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Sh. Praveen Kumar S/O Sh. Naresh  Kumar  VPO  Talyahar Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi (HP).  SI Vinod  Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar  Mandi is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

6        153 Challans were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs.25000 /-  was recovered  and 12 challans was  issued under  COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1200/-  was   recovered  during  last 24 hours.
