1 Case FIR No. 461/14 dated 30/12/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by ASI Suresh Chand I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Tihra and during the course of patrolling he recovered 36 Bottles of Country Liquor & 14 Bottles of English Wine from the possession of Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI Suresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

2 Case FIR No. 147/14 dated 31/12/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Pradeep Guleria S/O Sh. Surat Singh Guleria VPO Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi at present Medical Assistant Jhalogi Miltary Camp near Thalout that on 31/12/14 he heard the loud sound and he ran to spot and found that a Car(HP32B-0101) met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of driver namely Jor Singh S/O Sh. Khem Chand R/O Murah Sub- Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) and said driver sustained injuries. HC Girdhari Lal No. 30 I.O. of PS Aut is investigating the case.

3 Case FIR No. 106/14 dated 30/12/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Kela Ram R/O Majhrot PO Chambi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/12/14 he was going to his shop by Motor Cycle(HP31-3384) and when reached near Chambi, in the mean time another Motor Cycle( HP58-3985) which was ridden by Sachin S/O Sh. Dev Raj R/O Jagat Sukh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) came rashly from behind and hit his Motor Cycle and he sustained injuries. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 879 I.O. of PS BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

Karsog that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Bhayal and during the course of patrolling he found that a heap of sand was laid on the road side by Saranpat S/O Sh. Manghru R/O Bhayal P.O. Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic. ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) that on 29/12/14 Bhagat Ram S/O Sh. Man Singh resident of same locality abused her and also threatened with dire consequences. ASI Amarnath I/C of PP Pangna is investigating the case.

Ghanshyam Dass Gupta R/O Kutti P.O. Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic. HC Ranjeet Singh No. 71 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

Tawaru Ram R/O Jabrash Sub- Tehsil Nihari that on 30/12/14 Payare Lal S/O Sh. Dumanu Ram R/O Jabrash PO Nihari Distt. Mandi (HP) entered in the courtyard of his home with intention to hurt him. 9 Case FIR No. 117/14 dated 30/12/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Liyakat Ali S/O Sh. Mamabakas R/O Gawali Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/12/14 he alongwith his family members were coming from Badon by Car(HP01D-0856) which was driven by Layabat Ali amd when they reached near Odidaar, in the mean time the driver said car lost the control on the car due to rash driving and car fell down 35 feet downwards from the road and all the occupants sustained injuries. ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

Sarkaghat by HHC Khub Ram No. 347 I.O. of PP Hatli that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Khalyana and during the course of patrolling he found that a Jeep( HP28-1626) was parked idly by Sarju Singh S/O Late. Sh. Prem Singh R/O Khalyana near Govt. Sr. Sec. School Kashmaila which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic .HHC Khub Ram No. 347 I.O. of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDTION
11 Case FIR No. 462/14 dated 31/12/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Neena Devi W/O Sh. Karam Chand R/O Dhaner P.O. Patrighat Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/12/14 Fandhi Ram S/O Sh. Dila Ram & Lekh Raj resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Thakur Dass I/O of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
12 100 Challans was issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.11,400 /- was recovered and 6 challans was issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 600 was recovered during last 24 hours.
