2 Case FIR No. 293/14 dated 19/12/14 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Vishal Thakur S/O Sh. Raj Kumar R/O Bananu P.O. Bari Ghumanu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/12/14 Surender Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Bhagat Ram No. 905 I.O. of PP City Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3 Case FIR No. 144/14 dated 18/12/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Subhash Chand I/C of PP Balichowki that on 18/12/14 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Banjar Chowk and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Kamal Singh S/O Sh. Noku Singh R/O Dharkhari PO Kotla Sub- Tehsil Sainj Distt. Kullu . ASI Subhash Chand I/C of PP BaliChowki is investigating the case.
CASE UNDER IMMORAL TRAFFIC (PREVENTION) ACT
4 Case FIR No. 103/14 dated 18/12/14 U/S 3 & 5 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by Sh. Kulbhushan Verma SDPO Sundernagar that on 18/12/14 on the receipt of an information by MHC BSL Colony he alongwith other police officials make a raid on Quarter No. 18/5-S-2 New BBMB Colony Sundernagar and during the course of raid three couple found Immoral Trafficking in said society quarter . Sh. Kulbhushan Verma SDPO Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
5 169 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 28,300/- was recovered under 8 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 800 was recovered and 7 Challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 12,300 was recovered during last 24 hours.
