CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.     1.  Case FIR No. 161/14 dated 04/12/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Manohar Lal S/O Sh. Ram Saran R/O Vill. Kemahal PO Hada Boi Tehsil Sundernagar Dsitt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/12/14 a bus (HP62A-2803) hit him and he sustained injuries. HC Ashok Kumar I.O. of PAR Tattapani is investigating the case.

 CASE OF NDPS ACT

2.      2. Case FIR No. 137/14 dated 04/12/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Chaman Lal that he was on traffic checking  on NH 21 near Shani Mandir and during the course of checking of traffic he recovered 90 Gram cannabis (Chars) from the possession of Prem Singh S/O Sh. Uttam Chand R/O Purandhar PO Nagwain Sub Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Chaman Lal is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3.    3.  Case FIR No. 138/14 dated 04/12/14 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Budhi Singh S/O Sh. Sahadu Ram R/O Vill. Segli PO Panarsa Sub Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/12/14 Swaru Ram S/O Sh. Atma Ram R/O VPO Jhri obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Rajinder Kumar No. 51 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4.      4. Case FIR No. 205/14 dated 05/12/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Thakru Ram Incharge P.P. Ghatta that he recovered 5 bottles from the possession of Rajender Kumar S/O Sh. Suraj Singh R/O Vill. Tikkari PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Thakru Ram Incharge P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY & HURT

5.     5.  Case FIR No. 380/14 dated 04/12/14 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Darma Devi W/O Sh. Girdari Lal R/O Vill. Chawari PO Rajgarh Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/12/14 Balak Ram obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Dharmender No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

6.      Case FIR No. 381/14 dated 04/12/14 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Balak Ram S/O Sh. Hariya Ram R/O Vill. Chawari  PO  Rajgarh Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/12/14 Girdhari Lal obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Dharmender Kumar No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF SUICIDE

7.      7. Case FIR No. 301/14 dated 05/12/14 U/S 306 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sunderangar on the complaint of Sh. Hem Raj S/O Late Sh. Munshi Ram R/O Vill. Kandhar PO Khurahal Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that his sister Smt. Indira Devi was married with Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Prem Lal R/O Banara PO Jambala Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) on 06/06/14 and after her marriage her husband started to harass her and on 04/12/14 she committed suicide. ASI Rajender Thakur I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.
