CASE OF NDPS ACT

 

1        Case FIR No. 222/14 dated 29/12/14U/S 20 of  NDPS  Act has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernar by HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I/O of PP Bassi that  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Konsal and  during the   course of  patrolling he  recovered  40  Gram Charas( Cannabis) from the possession of  Rajmal S/O Sh. Dodu Ram R/O Dugh PO Makriri Tehsil Joginderngar Distt.   Mandi (HP) .  HC  Magat Ram  No. 898  I.O. of  PP  Bassi is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

 

2        Case FIR No. 410/14 dated  28/12/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by  SI Chanchal Singh  I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 28/12/14 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Padhru and  during the course of  patrolling he recovered  9 Bottles of  English Wine from the possession of  Prakash Chand  S/O Sh.  Chand Ram  R/O Padhru Distt. Mandi (HP) .  SI Chanchal Singh  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.  

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

3        Case FIR No. 409/14 dated 28/12/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by  SI Munesh Raj  that  on  28/12/14  he  laid a nakka  alongwith other  police officials at  Ghiyundhar  road and  during the course of checking of vehicle(HP65-3181) he recovered  12 Bottles of  Country Liquor.  SI  Munesh Raj  I.O. of PP  Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 

CASE   OF ASSAULT, OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

4       Case FIR No. 322/14  dated 29/12/14 U/S 355, 323, 504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Smt. Sunita Sharma W/O Sh. Ramesh Chand  R/O  Salabkot P.O. Sundernagar Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 28/12/14 Rajender, Moti Ram & Dalip  obstructed  the way of her nephew  Ankush Sharma and  beat him  up and they all also assaulted upon her.  HC  Tek Chand No. 3 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

 

5        Case FIR No. 223/14 dated 29/12/14 U/S  363, 366(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  on the   complaint of    a person  resident of  Matta Tana PO Panjalag Tehsil Lad-Bharol  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that his  daughter is missing since  27/12/14 and he suspect that  Ramu S/O Sh.  Brij Lal R/O Bheri Anchal  (Nepal)  kidnapped his daughter.  ASI  Vinod Singh  I/C of PP Lad-Bharol  is investigating  the case.

 

   CHALLAN

  6      107 Challans  was issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.12,400 /- was  recovered  and 3 challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 300  was recovered  and  3 challans were  issued under Mining Act and  fine of Rs. 16,200/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
