CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 146/14 dated 27/12/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Subhash Chand Incharge P.P. Balichowki that on 27/12/14 he laid nakka along with other police officials at Chalogi and during the course of nakka he recovered 1 Kg 50 Gram cannabis (charas) from an unclaimed bag which was put in a private bus (HP34B-6325) which was on its way from Banjar to Manali. ASI Subhash Chand Incharge P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

    

   CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2. Case FIR No. 182/14 dated 28/12/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S.Gohar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered a working still along with 3750 ML lahan and  750 ML illicit liquor. ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

    

   CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 407/14 dated 27/12/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gurdass S/O Sh. Loharu Ram R/O VPO Kummi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that at about 06.10 PM he was present in his cowshed at Kummi, in the mean time a  M/Cycle (HP33C-3150) came very rashly from Kummi side and fell-down on the road due to rash and negligent riding by its rider and both occupant of said M/Cycle sustained injuries. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

   CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 408/14 dated 27/12/14 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Vishal S/O Sh. Durdyal R/O VPO Chhatradi District Chamba (HP) that on 27/12/14 at about 08.25 PM  he was standing at Nerchowk along with his friends Vikash and Pankaj, in the mean time a car (HP33(T)-9500) came very rashly hit them and sped away from the spot. ASI Jagdish Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

    

   CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

5. Case FIR No. 193/14 dated 27/12/14 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog by HC Bhal Chand No. 542 I.O. of P.P. Pangna that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at bus stand Pangna and during the course of patrolling he found that Duni Chand S/O Sh. Mohan Lal R/O Barthuna PO Pangna Tehsil Karsog laid his rehari on the road side which is causing obstruction to the general public. HC Bhal Chand No. 542. I.O. of P.P. Pangna is investigating the case.

    

CHALLANS

6.   177 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs. 20,700/-    and 9 challans  made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 900/-.
