CASE OF ARMS ACT
1 Case FIR No.217/14 dated 21/12/14 U/S 336 IPC & U/S 25 of Arms Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Inder Singh S/O Sh. Halku Ram R/O Pando PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that when he was cutting the grass nearby forest , in the mean time some unknown person open the fire to hurt any wild animal . Among of them one cartridge shot to his left arm and he sustained injuries. ASI Sukesh Kumar I.O. of P.S Jogindernagar.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2 Case FIR No. 447/14 dated 21/12/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by ASI Suresh Chand I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Matehari and during the course of patrolling he recovered 15 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Pradeep Kumar S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Matehari PO Nabahi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI Suresh Chand I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 448/14 dated 22/12/14 U/S 342, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Nirmla Devi W/O Sh. Santosh Kuamr R/O Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/12/14 her husband obstructed her and abused her. ASI Sandeep Kumar I.O. of PP Dharampur is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
4 Case FIR No. 449/14 dated 22/12/14 U/S 451, 352, 504, 506 ,34 IPC has been registered in .P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Sukh Ram Hawani PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that Santoshi Devi, Acchar Singh, Balam Ram & Meera Devi entered in the courtyard of her home and beat her son and also threatened her with dire consequence. ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
5 Case FIR No. 296/14 dated 22/12/14 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Diwan Chand S/O Sh. Alam Chand R/O Thunag Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/12/14 he was coming by his Car(HP01M-1610) and when reached near New Suketi Bridge , in the mean time a Vehicle(HP65-3997) came rashly from opposite side and hit his car. HC Vijay Kumar I.O. of PP City is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
6 123 Challans was issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.19,500/- was recovered and 3 challan was issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 300 was recovered and 18 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 62,700 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
