1 Case FIR No. 308/14 dated 12/12/14 U/S 353, 332, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ashwani Kumar S/O Sh. Sakti Chand R/O Vill Nara P.O. Galod Tehsil Nadoun Distt. Hamirpur (HP) that he is working as driver in HRTC Depot Kelang. On 11/12/14 he was on route Delhi to Manali alongwith Bus( HP66A-1467) and when they reached near Raja Hotel Ropari in the mean time Jeep(PB35T-9816) which was driven by the Sukhwinder Singh over took his bus and obstruct his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. Mandi (HP) that on 11/12/14 at about 4:30 PM he was coming towards Mandi alongwith his wife by his car, in the mean time Bhim Singh obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. Chamel Singh R/O Pihad Behlu PO Basona Tehsil Lad- Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/12/14 he alongwith Ravinder Kumar S/O Sh. Sharwan Kumar resident of same locality by his vehicle which was driven by the Ravinder Kumar and when then they reached near Sihal in the mean time driver of said vehicle lost the control on the vehicle and met with an accident . CHALLAN
14 135 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.28,400/- was recovered and 22 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 2400/- was recovered and 8 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 6600/ was recovered during last 24 hours.
