CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, ASSAULT, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

1. Case FIR No. 221/14 dated 26/12/14 U/S 341,355,504,506,120B IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Bhardwaj S/O Sh. Radhe Shayam R/O Vill. Pehloon PO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Ashwani Kumar S/O Late Sh. Bhim Singh R/O Vill. Garauru Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP), Sahil Sharma S/O Sh. Aswwani Kumar R/O Vill. Garauru Tehsil Jogidnernagar Distt. Mandi (HP), Lalit Kumar S/O Sh. Shanker Dev R/O Vill. Garauru Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) tried to obstruct his way and threatened to him so many times. ASI Sukesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 190/14 dated 27/12/14 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Sohan Lal I.O. of P.S. Karsog that Dharmender Kumar S/O Sh. Kundan R/O Vill. Rampua PO Aamla Tehsil Bareli (UP) installed his rehari on the road side which is causing  obstruction to  the general public and traffic. ASI Sohan Lal I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 191/14 dated 27/12/14 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Sohan Lal I.O. of P.S. Karsog that Harpal Singh S/O Sh. Hardwari Lal R/O VPO & Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi installed his rehari on the road side which  is causing  obstruction to the general public and traffic. ASI Sohan Lal I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 192/14 dated 27/12/14 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Sohan Lal I.O. of P.S. Karsog that Jiwa Nand S/O Sh. Girja Nand R/O Nayara PO & Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) installed his rehari on the road side which is causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. ASI Sohan Lal I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5. Case FIR No. 321/14 dated 26/12/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sant Ram S/O Sh. Laghi  Ram R/O Vill. Chalakha PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/12/14 he was crossing the road at Kanaind, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP31A-8819) came from Sundernagar side and hit him due to which he sustained injuries. ASI Prakash Chand I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6. Case FIR No. 406/14 dated 27/12/14 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in Balh on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Tota Ram R/O VPO Barswahan Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/12/14 a tipper (HP65A-7065) which was driven by Ghanshyam S/O Sh. Mohan Singh R/O Vill. Chahdi PO Rewalsar felldown in his courtyard and driver of said tipper sped away from the spot. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 61 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

7. 186 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs. 23,300/-    and 8 challans  made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 800/-.
