CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING   WAY AND MISCHIEF

1          Case FIR No. 179/14 dated   15/12/14   U/S  341, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Gohar    on the complaint of   Sh.  Hans Pal Singh    S/O Sh.  Bhagwan  R/O  Gohar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on  15/12/14   when he was  going to his home , in the mean time Manoj Kumar , Nitin Bhau and  Babu   obstructed his way and  and  also  damaged  his vehicle . HC  krishan  Pal  No. 13  I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2          Case  FIR No. 288/14 dated  15/12/14  U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  by  HC Kamal  Singh  No. 79  I.O. of  P.S. Sadar that on 15/12/14 he laid a nakka  alongwith other police  officials at  Garnol Nala and  during the course of  nakkabandi he recovered  153 Gram Charas( Cannabis)  from the  possession of  Raj Kumar  S/O Sh. Deepu R/O  VPO  Manikaran Tehsil Kullu  Distt. Kullu.  . HC  Kamal  Singh  No. 79   I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3          Case  FIR No. 289/14 dated 15/12/14 U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by  ASI  Satpal I/C of  PP  Kotli that he  was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Kalag and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  1500 ML  Illicit Liquor from the possession of  Bholu Ram  S/O Sh. Brij Lal  R/O  Kalag PO Lagdhar Tehsil  Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Satpal I/C of PP  Kotli   is investigating the case.

CASE   OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4          .Case FIR No. 212/14 dated 15/12/14 U/S 341, 323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Jaswant Singh  R/O Khil-Bhatehar P.O. Sainthal Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/12/14 Ravi  Kuma  resident of same locality  obstructed his way  and beat  him up. ASI Thakru Ram   I/C of  PP  Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF MURDER

5          Case FIR No. 435/14 dated 15/11/14 U/S 302, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  on  the  complaint of   Smt. Monila Palsra W/O Sh. Vijay Palsra R/O Chura Ka Balh P.O. Longni Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that  that on  03/10/14  her husband  found dead near  Shiv- Dowala and she suspect that  Hukkam Chand , Sunil Kumar , Anku and  Chottu Ram  killed her husband .  SI Madan Lal  I/C of  PP  Dharampur is investigating the case.

6          178  Challans were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs.24,400/-  was recovered  and 4  challans were issued under  COTPA  and  fine of Rs. 400/-  was recovered during  last 24 hours.
