CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1              Case FIR No. 417/14  dated  02/12/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  by   SI  Amrik  Chand  (Prob) I/C of  Detection  Squad  Mandi  that  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Marhi and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  8250  ML  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Hitesh  Kumar   S/O Sh. Bhagmal R/O  Marhi  Tehsil Sarkaghat   Distt. Mandi (HP).  SI  Amrik Chand  (Prob)  I/C  of Detection Squad   Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

2              Case FIR No. 418/14  dated  02/12/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  by   SI  Amrik  Chand  (Prob) I/C of  Detection  Squad  Mandi  that  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Marhi and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  9000 ML  Country  Liquor & 3000 ML  English  Wine   from the possession of   Deep Kumar  S/O Sh. Hira Lal  R/O  VPO  Marhi  Tehsil  Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP) .  SI  Amrik Chand  (Prob)  I/C  of Detection Squad   Mandi is investigating the case.

 CASE OF NDPS ACT

3              Case FIR No. 282/14 dated 02/12/14  U/S  21  of NDPS  Act has  been registered in P.S.  Sadar   by  HC  Dola Ram  No. 869  I.O.  of PP City  Mandi   that  on 02/12/14  he was  on patrolling  alongwith   other police officials at  Gandhi Chowk and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  02 Gram Heroine  from the  possession of   Ram Dev Sharma@ Rohit  S/O Sh. HansRaj   Sharma R/O House No. 57/12 Ramnagar   Distt. Mandi (HP) &  Avnish Kumar  @ Deepu  R/O  Chaloh P.O. Saigalu Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP).  HC  Dole Ram I.O. of PP City  Mandi is investigating the case.  

CASE OF ESCAPE FROM   LEGAL CUSTODY

4              Case FIR No. 283/14 dated 03/12/14 U/S  223, 224  IPC has been registered in P.S.   Sadar on the complaint of Sh.  Nokhu Ram  S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O  Sakroha Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi  at present  Deputy  Superintendent of  Sub-Jail  Mandi  that  today  Accused  Hira Lal  S/O Sh.  Madan  Lal  Paswan R/O  Kusha Jija P.O.  Doe Pull  Distt. Gaya (Bihar)  ran away  from   Sub- Jail    Mandi   and  this incident   took place    due to  negligence  in  duty  by   Devinder  Kumar ,Jail  Warden  Sub-Jail Mandi .  SI  Sandeep Sharma I/C of PP City  Mandi is investigating  the case.   

CASE OF ABANDONMENT OF CHILD  

5              Case FIR  No. 97/14 dated 02/12/14 U/S 317  IPC  has been  registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar  on the  complaint of  Sh.  Jitender Verma S/O Sh. Nikka Ram  R/O  Naulakha PO Kanaid Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that   on  02/12/14  at about  7:20  PM  when he was  going towards the house of  Beli Ram , in the mean time  he  found newly born  baby  who was   covered with   piece of  cloth  and he suspect that  someone  have  left   their baby  with    intention of abandoning  said   baby .  HC Ram  Lal  No. 543  I.O. of  BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating  the case.  

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

6              Case  FIR No.  135/14  dated  02/12/14  U/S  279, 337  IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Aut  on the complaint of  Sh. Dola Ram  S/O Sh.   Shyam Lal  R/O  Dhiman PO Largi Tehsil & P.S. Banjar Distt. Kullu   that  on  02/12/14    he was present at  Nagwain, in the mean time a  Car ( HP01A-4975) which was  driven by  Praveen  Kumar ,   came  rashly   from Kullu  side   and  hit  a Motor Cycle( HP33A-8313)  and  Motor Cycle rider  alongwith   another person  who  was also   boarded on said  Motor Cycle  sustained injuries.  ASI  Chaman Lal  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING  WAY  AND HURT

7              Case FIR No.376/14  dated 02/12/14  U/S  341, 323 has been registered in P.S.   Balh on the  complaint of Sh.  Durga Dass S/O Sh. Dagu   Ram  R/O  Khuri Doam P.O. Rajgarh  Tehsil Balh   Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 02/12/14  Devi Singh  obstructed  his way and beat him up.  HC  Hoshiyar  Singh No. 873  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.  

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, RIOTING AND HURT

8             Case FIR No. 377/14 dated 02/12/14 U/S  341, 323, 147, 148 , 149  IPC has  been registered in P.S. Balh  on the complaint of Sh. Manu  S/O  Sh.   Krishan Chand  R/O Dadour PO  Dhaban Tehsil   Balh Distt. Mandi that  on 02/12/14   he was present   at  Kansa Chowk  in the  mean time  9/10 people  came  there by   car  and beat him up along with his father.  ASI  Sukesh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

CHALLAN

9              99 Challans were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs.17000/-  was recovered  and 13  challans were issued under  COTPA  and  fine of Rs. 1200/- was  recovered  during  last 24 hours.
