CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS , HURT AND  CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR  NO. 73/14 dated 03/10/14   U/S  451, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL  Colony Sundernagar on  the complaint of Sh. Dinesh  Kumar  S/O Sh.  Rajender Kumar   R/O  Panjalehar PO  Daultpur Distt. Kangra (HP) that  on 03/10/14  Kaka  Ram  came alongwith  his  friends   and obstructed his way   and beat  him up    and  after that   they  entered in  his courtyard   and again  beat  him up   and he sustained injuries  and also threatened  with  dire consequences.   HC  Dharam Chand  No. 897 I.O. of  P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar  is investigating  the case.  

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2          Case FIR No. 225/14 dated 03/10/14  U/S  20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  SI  Sanjay Kumar (Prob)  that on 03/10/2014  at about  5 PM  he  laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials  at  Sukkibain NH-21  and  during the course of nakkabandi  he recovered  186 Grams  Charas  from the possession of  Navdeep Kumar  S/O Sh.  Om Parkash  R/O  Balbag PO  Mahal Tehsil Bhoranj  Distt. Harmirpur .  SI   Sanjay  Kumar  (Prob)  I.O. of PS  Sadar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3          Case FIR No. 224/14  dated 03/10/14  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on  the  complaint of Sh.  Balwant Kumar S/O Late. Sh.  Keshav Ram  R/O  Hawani PO Randhara   Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 03/10/14  at about 12:30 PM  Jagdish  Chand   came along with Yog Raj and obstructed  his  way  and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC Ram  Singh  No. 66  I.O. of PS  Sadar  is  investigating the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 227/14 dated 03/10/14  U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Bhahav Thakur S/O Sh.  Surender Thakur R/O  Housing Board Colony  Upper Bhuli  Mandi (HP) that  on  03/10/14  at about 6:30 PM  he   was  waiting for the Bus    alongwith his friend Kartic at Bus Stand  Mandi , in the mean time  3-4  person came there  and  obstructed  their way and  beat  both of them and  they sustained injuries and also threatened with dire consequences .  HC Rajmal  No. 856  I.O. of PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.     

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5          Case FIR No. 226/14 dated 03/10/14  U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.   Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Yadvinder Gupta S/O Late. Sh. Roop  Lal  R/O  Ratti  Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  03/10/14  at about  7:15 PM  he was going towards  Nerchowk  by his  Car(HP33A-1887)  and when they reached near Visco Resorts, in  the mean time a Car(HP55-5249) came rashly from the  opposite  side and  hit his   said car  and  all the  9  occupants who were  boarded  both the cars  sustained injuries. ASI   Karan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sadar   is investigating  the case.

 CASE OF NDPS ACT

6          Case FIR  No. 307/14  dated 04/10/14  U/S  20, 29  of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  HC Nand Lal  No. 37  I.O. of P.S.  Balh that  today    he laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials  at  Nagchalla  and   during the  course of checking of Vehicles he recovered  150  Grams  Charas  from the  possession of  Mohit Kumar S/O Sh. Narayan Dutt R/O  Kathodi Tehsil  Jawali Distt. Kangra (HP)  who was  driving the Car(PB08V-6956)  and  two   occupants ,  Amit Chaudhary S/O Sh. Trilok  Chand R/O  Moua Tehsil Jawali Distt. Kangra &  Ajay Kumar  S/O Sh. Krishan Singh  R/O  Gahar Tehsil Bhatiyat Distt. Chamba(HP )  also  were boarded   the  said car.  HC Nand Lal  No. 37  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.  

CASE OF   RIOTING , HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

7          Case FIR No. 306/14  dated 03/10/14   U/S  147, 149, 323, 504 IPC  has  been registered in P.S.   Balh on the complaint  of  Sh.  Devi  Ram  S/O Sh. Karmu R/O   Malther PO  Ratti  Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 03/10/14  at  about 5:30  PM  when they were  celebrating the  religious ritual  at Kali Mata temple  in their home , in the mean time  Munshi Ram ,  Prashottam Ram , Vijay  Kumar,  Brestu Ram &  Raju came there and  beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC  Sandeep  Kumar  No. 43  I.O. of PS Balh is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

 8    169 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 25,400/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 6challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
