CRIME REPORT ON 27 OCT.

 SPECIAL CAMPAIGN FOR MAKING ROAD SAFER(OPERATION TRAFFIC  DOMINANCE)

             A Special  making road safer campaign(operation traffic dominance) organized on  25-10-14  from 5:30 PM to  7:30 PM under which 639  vehicles were checked,  and  138   challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,600/-  was  recovered under Motor Vehicle Act.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 93/14 dated 26/10/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered   in P.S.  Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Ayush Mahant S/O Sh. Digvijay Singh  R/O  Narla Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that    he was coming to Mandi , in the mean time Vehicle (HP34C-1570) came rashly   and hit the Three  Wheeler (HP33A-8940)   near Mehar   and driver of said  Three  Wheeler  sustained injuries.  HC Raj   Kumar No. 49  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.  

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2          Case FIR No. 376/14 dated 26/10/14 U/S  39  HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  by  ASI  Sandeep Kumar I.O. of PP  Dharampur that on 26/10/14   he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Longni  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  34,500 ML  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Ashwani Kumar S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O Taryamla PO Longni Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Sandeep  I.O. of PP Dharampur is  investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT , MISCHIEF AND  INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 377/14 dated 26/10/14  U/S 451, 323, 504, 427  IPC has been  registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on  the complaint of Smt. Kamla  Devi  W/O Sh.  Roshan  Lal  R/O  Maseran P.O. Maseran Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  26-10-14   she alongwith  her daughter-in-law were present in her home, in the mean time  Manohar Lal  entered in the courtyard of  their home and  beat her up and she sustained injuries and also threatened with dire consequences. SI  Purshottam Dhiman I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

 4         70 Challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and  2  Challans were issued under Mining  Act  and   fine of Rs 9100/- recovered during last 24 hours.
