CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

 

1      Case FIR No. 333/14  dated 28/10/14  U/S 341, 323, 504., 34 IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Balh  on the complaint of Sh. Gagan Kumar S/O  Late Sh. Roop  Lal  R/O Rewarsar Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/10/14  Soma  Devi  & Pawan Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up  and he sustained injuries.  HC Sharwan  Kumar No. 61  I.O. of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case

 

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2          Case FIR No. 265/14  dated 28/10/14  U/S  20 of NDPS Act  has been  registered in P.S.  Sundernagar  by ASI Brij  Lal I/C of  PP Slapper that on 28/10/14 he laid a nakka  alongwith  other police officials at  Slapper Bridge  and  during the course of  nakkabandi  he recovered  350 Gms. Charas(Cannabis)  from the possession of  D. Rajan S/O Sh. T.S. Dhankoti R/O House No. 28  main  6^th  cross  Vinayak Nagar (Bangalore) . ASI  Brij Lal I/C  of PP Slapper is  investigating the case.

CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No. 266/14  dated 29/10/14  U/S 39 of HP  Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar by  ASI  Parkash  Chand I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that   on 29/10/14  he was on patrolling   alongwith other police officials at  New Bus Stand  Sundernagar and during the course of patrolling  he recovered 4000 ML Illicit Liquor  from the possession of  Bihari Lal S/O  Sh. Parkash  Chand  R/O  Mandir Tanda P.O.   Dhaban Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Parkash Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

4          Case  FIR No.378/14 dated 18/10/14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Tara  Chand  S/O Sh.  Mahant  Ram R/O  Mandoli PO Khudla Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 28/10/14   Sunny& Summy both the resident of same locality  obstructed  his way and beat him up.  HC  Chaman Lal No. 28  I.O. of PP  Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5          Case FIR No. 379/14  dated 28/10/14  U/S 39 of  HP Excise Act has been  registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  by  ASI  Thakur Dass  I/O of PP Hatli that on 28/10/14  he was on patrolling  alongwith  other police officials at  Bhambla  and during the course of  patrolling he recovered 3000 ML  Country Liquor  from the possession of  Parveen  Kumar  S/O Sh. Ishwer Dass  R/O  Rahmeda P.O. Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Thakur  Dass  I.O. of  PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

6          Case FIR No. 380/14 dated 28/10/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  by   ASI Sandeep Kumar  I.O of PP Dharampur   that on 28/10/14  he was on patrolling   alongwith other police officials at  Mandap and  during the course of patrolling  he recovered   750 ML Illicit Liquor from thepossession of  Kadar Singh  S/O Sh. Chamaru Ram R/O  Madap Tehsil Dharampur Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Sandeep  Kumar I.O. of PP Dharampur is investigating the case .

CHALLAN

7          186  Challan were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs.27,900/-  was recovered  and 9  challans were issued under  COTPA  and  fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered during  last 24 hours.
