CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 90/14  dated 22/10/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Padhar by  HC  RajKumar  No. 49  I.O. of P.S. Padhar that  on  a telephonic information he went on the spot at Panjayatan and  found that  Jeep(HP76-0746)  fell downward  from the road  due to rash and negligent  driving   of   driver   Manoj   Kumar  S/O Sh. Goverdhan R/O  Dhar  P.O.  Padwahan Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP)  and  above said driver sustained injuries. HC  Raj Kumar  No. 49  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2         Case FIR No. 131/14 dated  22/`10/14  U/S  341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog   on the complaint of  Sh.  Hukkam Chand  S/O Sh.  Narpat  R/O  Khaduhan P.O. Soshan Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on  21/10/14  Khem Singh  S/O Sh. Uttam Chand R/O  Sunhoo obstructed  his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  ASI  AmarNath  I.O. of P.S.  Karsog  is investigating the case.

CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No.256/14 dated 21/10/14  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by  ASI  Prakash Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that  on 21/10/14  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  at  Maloh and  during the course of patrolling  he recovered  7500 ML Country  Liquor from the possession of  Om Parkash Sah S/O Sh. Babu Ram  R/O  Telni  Para A.K. Banergi  Road  P.O. Telni Para Distt. Dugli  (West Bagal)  at present  residing  at Nanak  Chand  Dhiman upper stone  crusher  Maloh Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Prakash  Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.  

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4          Case FIR No. 257/14 dated 21/10/14  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act  has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by  SI  Surinder Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar  that on 21/10/14   he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at Dharnda  and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  7500 ML  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Vinder Singh  S/O Late. Sh. Sant Ram R/O Dharanda P.O. Meramasit Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI  Surender Kumar  I.O.  of  P.S. Sunderangar is investigating the case.  

CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No. 361/14 dated 21/10/14  U/S 341, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Milkhi Ram R/O Batoh PO  Maseran Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that   Vijay Kumar  S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O Dhyan P.O. Maseran Tehsil Sarkaghat  obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI  Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY AND  HURT

6          Case FIR No. 363/14  dated 22/10/14 U/S 341, 323, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Shiv Ram S/O  Late. Sh. Shoba Ram R/O  Tatahar PO Nabahi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/10/14   Ajay Kumar  S/O Sh. Ashok Kumar  resident of same locality  obstructed his way and beat  him up and  he  sustained  injuries.  ASI  Rajesh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

7          174challans were issued and fine of Rs. 29,200/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered and  1 challan was issued  under Mining Act during last 24 hours
