CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS  AND HURT

1          Case FIR No. 317/14 dated 16/10/14 U/S 451, 323 IPC has been register in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Khem Chand  S/O Sh.  Lalu Ram R/O Nagchalla Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 15/10/14  he was  present in his home , in the mean time  Mahinder Pal S/O Sh. Tek Chand  entered in  the  courtyard of his home  and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC Rajesh Kumar  No. 64 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2          Case FIR No. 173/14 dated 16/10/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Gangi Devi W/O Sh. Hachhu Ram  R/O Delu Mod P.O. Jogindernagar Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  she was  coming to Jogindernagar and  when   she  reached near market at Jogindernagar, in the mean time  Car(HP56-3089) came rashly from  Baijnath side and  hit her and she sustained injuries.  HC Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3          Case FIR No. 243/14 dated 16/10/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar  S/O Sh. Durga Dass  R/O  Panjgion Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Bilaspur .(HP)  that on 07/10/14   he  alongwith  Raj Kumar were coming by Scooter (HP24A-4617)  and  when they reached near Mid  Way Hotel at Slapper ,  in the  mean time   rider  RajKumar S/O Sh. Ram Jee Dass  resident of  same locality  lost the control on the  said scooter  due to rash  riding and   they  fell down on the road  and  both  of them sustained injuries.  HC  Tek   Chand  No. 902 I.O. of PP Slapper.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4         Case FIR No. 118/14 dated 16/10/14  U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut  by  ASI  Mohar  Singh  I.O. of P.S. Aut  that on 16/10/14 Jiwan  Lal  S/O Sh. Ram Ji Dass  R/O  Jhiri P.O. Nagwain  Distt. Mandi (HP)  hit by  the  Motor Cycle(HP32A-0636)  which was  ridden by  Kashu   due  rash   riding  at  Krishi College Jhiri  and in this  accident   above  Jiwan Lal sustained injuries .  ASI  Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE  UNDER ( THE  PREVENTION   OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS ACT)

5          Case FIR No. 130/14  dated 16/10/14 U/S  11 of Animal Cruelty  Act  has been registered in P.S. Karsog   on the complaint of Sh. Mehar Singh Kukhila at present Pradhan  Gram Panchyat Bhanera that on  13/10/14  Devi Singh  resident of same locality  slaughtered  5 animals  in his  home  on the arrival of  Devta .  SI  Sunil Kumar   SHO of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

1.  6        Case FIR No. 232/14 dated 16/10/14  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Kumar  S/O Sh. Amar Nath R/O  House No.  123/13 Paddal Muhalla Mandi (HP)  that on 16/10/14  some   venders of vegetable market  obstructed his way and beat  him up and he sustained injuries  and also  threatened   with dire  consequences.  HC  Sanjeev  Kumar  No. 32  I.O. of   Sadar  is  investigating .  

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

7          Case  FIR No. 233/14  dated  17/10/14  U/S 341,  323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  on the complaint of   Sh.  Ghanshyam S/O Sh.  Nain Singh  R/O  Madal  Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 17/10/14  Bhag Singh , Rakesh Jamwal , Pitamber, Prithivi Raj  obstructed  his way and  beat him up alongwith his friend  Anil  Guleria .  HC  Kamal  Singh  No. 79  I.O. of P.S.  Sadar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

8          Case FIR No. 231/14 dated 16/10/14 U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint   of  Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Garib Dass  R/O  Pulghrat P.O.  Gutkar Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi  that on 16/10/14  at about 4:30 PM  he  alongwith his brother-in-law  were going to Kunnu  by Auto(HP65-1611)  and   they reached near  Bijani, in the mean time  an unknown vehicle came  behind and hit his  Auto and  he  & his  brother-in-law  sustained injuries.  ASI  Laxmi Chand  I.O. of  P.S. Sadar  is investigating  the case.     

CHALLAN

9     407 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 58,100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and       6challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered   and 2  challans  were issued under Mining  Act during last 24 hours.
