CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1          Case FIR No.245/14 dated 17/10/14 U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by  SI  Surinder Kumar (Prob). I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that  on 17/10/14  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at  Kanaid and  during the course of   patrolling he recovered 1820 ML Illicit Liquor from the possession of  Findru Ram  S/O  Late. Sh. Mangat Ram  R/O  Tarot Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  SI  Surinder Kumar(Prob)  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

2          Case FIR No. 246/14 dated 17/10/14 U/S 39 of HP  Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by  ASI  Brij Lal  I/C of PP Rewalsar that on 17/10/14  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Shawl and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1500 ML  Country Liquor  from the possession of  Saju  Ram  S/O Sh. Joghal Ram  R/O  Shawl P.O. Batwara Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP ) . ASI Brij Lal I/C of PP  Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3          Case  FIR No. 318/14 dated 17/10/14  U/S  279, 337  IPC has  been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Ajay  Kumar  S/O Sh.  Om  Prakash Chand  R/O  Kakaryar Tehsil Tauni Devi  Distt. Hamirpur(HP)  that on  17/10/14   he was  going towards   Bhuntar by Jeep (HP67-1905) and when he reached   near Ratti , in the mean time  a  Motor Cycle(HP31A-2041)  which  was  ridden by  Amit Kumar   resident of  Sundernagar  , came rashly from  Nerchowk side  and hit his  Jeep  and    Motor Cycle rider   alongwith another person  Rajinder Singh  resident of same locality  who was also boarded above  Motor Cycle  sustained injuries.  HC  Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 357/14  dated 17/10/14  U/S 341, 323, 356, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  on the complaint of  Smt.  Rattni Devi  W/O  Sh.  Gian  Chand  R/O  Daloli P.O.  Nabahi  Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  17/10/14 Ajay Kumar  &  Vina  Devi  obstructed  her way and  beat her up and she sustained injuries.  SI  Anil Kumar (Prob)  I.O. of P.S.  Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No. 358/14 dated 17/10/14  U/S 451, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the  complaint of  Sh. Om Parkash S/O Sh. Narian Dass  R/O  Daloli P.O. Nabahi  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi  that on 17/10/14  Rattni  Devi     W/O Sh. Gian Chand  R/O Daloli  entered  in  his courtyard and   abused him.  ASI  Roop Lal I.O. of P.S.  Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF   CRULETY BY HUSNABD, HUSBAND'S RELATIVES  AND  ATTEMPT TO MURDER

6          Case FIR No. 174/14 dated 17/10/14  U/S 498(A), 307 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  on the  complaint of  Smt.  Sadhna  Devi W/O Sh. Roshan  Lal  R/O Banon P.O. Tikkaroo  Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)   that   she was married with  Roshan  Lal  18 year ago.   But after  some time of her husband started  to harass  her physically and mentally by demanding   dowry . On  06-10-14  her  husband   beat her up brutally  and  tried to murder  her  by   throwing  mud  on her. ASI  Subhash  Chand  I/C of PP Bassi is investigating the case.

7          Case  FIR No. 175/14   dated 17/10/14  U/S 39 of HP  Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar   by  Insp.  Amar Singh  SHO of  P.S. Jogindernagar  that  he was on patrolling alongwith  other police officials  at  Lower Chountra and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  12 Bottles of  Country Liquor  from the possession of  Amar Jeet Singh  S/O Sh. Om Parkash R/O  Lower Chountra P.O. Chountra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  Insp.  Amar Singh   SHO of P.S. Joginernagar is investigating    the   case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

8          Case FIR No. 87/14 dated 17/10/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC &  184, 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the  complaint of Sh.  Bodh Raj S/O Sh. Shri Dev R/O  Pali Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is working as a driver alongwith   Private Bus.  On 17-10-14 when he was present at Bus Stand Padhar alongwith said Bus, in the mean time  Bolero Car(HP76-9200)  came rashly  from  Mandi  side and  hit  him  and he sustained  injuries.  ASI  Jogindernagar Singh  I.O. of P.S. Padhar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

9          Case FIR No. 88/14  dated 17/10/14 U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.   Padhar  by  SI  Bhim    Sain   SHO   of P.S. Padhar that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Mathaniuyal  P.O. Tandu  Tehsil  Sadar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  and  during the course  of patrolling  he recovered  3750  ML Country  Liquor  from the possession  of  Smt. Deepa Devi  W/O Sh. Nagraj  R/O  Mathaniuyal P.O. Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) 

CHALLAN

10        201challans were issued and fine of Rs. 36,500/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 21challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 2200/- was recovered and  1challans were issued under Mining Act  during last 24 hours.
