CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

 

1          Case FIR No. 320/14 dated 19/10/14 U/S 279,337 & 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh.  Jagdish  Chand  S/O Sh. Mohan Singh  R/O  Bagla PO Badsu Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 19/10/14  he was present at Bagla, in the mean  time  Tipper(HP58A-3809)  came rashly  towards  Badsu side and hit a Scooter (HP33-3161)  and    rider of  said scooter  sustained injuries.  HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF   GAMBLING ACT

 2         Case FIR No. 120/14  dated 20/10/14  U/S 13 of    Gambling  Act  has been  registered in P.S. Aut  by ASI  Rajesh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Aut    that on 19/10/14  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Saran  and  during the course of patrolling   he found  that   Telba Ram S/O  Sh. Mohar  Singh , Hem Raj  S/O Sh. Chet Ram , Amit Kumar S/O  Thakur Dass , Chaman Lal  S/O  Chape Ram , Hari Singh  S/O  Chamaru Ram, Ishwar  Singh  S/O  Sh. Mohar Singh  all the resident of    R/O  Saran  P.O. Panarsa Tehsil  Aut  Distt. Mandi (HP) were  gambling   and   he  also recovered   Rs 4980/-  along  with playing card  from  their  possession . ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No. 248/14 dated 19/10/14  U/S 39 of HP Excise act has  been registered in P.S. Sunderangar  by ASI  Ram Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that he  was  on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at  Kandyah  and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  3 Ltr. Illicit  liquor  from the possession of  Dumnu  Ram  S/O Sh. Sayru Ram  R/O  Kandyah P.O. Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP).   ASI  Ram  Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF   MISCHIEF

4          Case FIR No. 249/14 dated 19/10/14 U/S 429 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the  complaint of Sh Babu Ram S/O Sh. Bansi Ram R/O  Kayan PO  Dhansal Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 19/10/14 Shiv Ram S/O  Sh. Jagal  Ram  R/O   Kayan killed his  dog  by stick .  HC  Tek Chand  No. 902  I.O. of PP Slapper is investigating  the case.

CASE OF MISCHIEF

5          Case FIR No. 250/14  dated 20/10/14  U/S 435 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar   on the complaint of Smt. Nirmala Devi W/O Sh. Dharam Singh  R/O  Dhawal PO  Churadh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  19/10/14  Rukmani  Devi set the  her  heap of grass on   fire.   HC  Prabhakar Ram  No. 872  I.O. of PP  Dehar is investigating the case.   

 CHALLAN

6       210  Challans were issued and fine of Rs. 25,800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 3challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered   and 1 challan  was  issued under Mining  Act during last 24 hours.
