CRIME REPORT ON 02 OCT

ARREST OF PROCLAIMED OFFENDER

1. Today HHC Nagender Kumar No. 712 and HHC Inder Ingh No. 260 of P.S. Karsog arrested Beshar Singh S/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O VPO Pingla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) who was wanted in case FIR No. 110/11 dated 08/08/2011 U/S 380 IPC of P.S. Karsog and he was declared proclaimed offender on 21/12/2013 by the Ld court of JMIC Karsog.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 304/14 dated 02/10/14  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh.  Chand Ram S/O Sh.  Naulu Ram R/O Mandal  Tehsil  Balh  Distt.  Mandi (HP)  that  on 02/10/14  his  wife Champa Devi  came along  with his daughter-in-law  Tikma  Devi  and obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC  Dharamder No. 77 I/O of PS Balh is investigating  the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 303/14 dated 2/10/14 U/S 279, 337  IPC  & U/S 187  MV Act has been registered in P.S.   Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Kiran Kumar  S/O Sh. Nihal Singh  R/O  Dhalot PO  Bagrotu Distt. Mandi (HP)  that    today  he was  going  along with his  sister-in-law  by  Motor Cycle (HP33B-4644)  and when they reached near  Sidhyani, in the mean  time a   Private Bus came  rashly, hit his  Motor Cycle and  they  sustained injuries.  ASI  Sukesh Kumar  I.O. of  P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING

4. Case FIR No.  338/14 dated 1/10/14 U/S 143 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on  the complaint of  Dr. Ramesh  Chand   presently posted as  Principal  Govt.  Degree  College Dharampur that on  01/10/14   about  6/7   of  activist of  ABVP  gathered  in the  complex of  college  and  burnt  the  effigy  of   Hon'ble  C.M. of  Himachal Pradesh.  SI  Madan   Lal  I/C of  PP Dharampur is investigating  the case.

5. Case FIR No. 339/14 dated 1/10/14   U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of   Sh.  Panjku Ram  S/O  Late. Sh.  Dhumu Ram  R/O  Rohan PO  Kahan that  on  01/10/14  Diwan Chand  came  alongwith  his brother Ram Dass, obstructed his way and beat him up and  he sustained injuries.  SI  Purshottam Dhiman  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS  AND  PUBLIC SAFETY

6. Case FIR No. 341/14  dated  2/10/14  U/S  451, 289, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Smt.  Tara Devi  W/O Sh.  Bhag Singh  R/O  Gharwasra  that  today  she entered in the courtyard of   her   home, in the mean time pet  dog  of  Dan  Singh    came there and bit her and  when she  want to talk with Dan Singh,  he started  to abusing her.  SI  Satish  Kumar  I.O. of P.S.  Sarkaghat is investigating  the case. 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7. Case FIR No.340/14 dated 01/10/14  U/S  279 IPC  & U/S 187 M.V.  Act  has been registered  in P.S. Sarkaghat on the  complaint  of Sh.  Santosh Kumar S/O Sh. Dhani Ram  R/O  Sarohli PO  Surajpur Bari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi  (HP)   that on 01/10/14   he was parking his   Car(HP28B-0315), in the mean time  Alto Car(HP01H-0306) came  rashly   and hit his car.  ASI  Rup  Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 CASE   UNDER SC&ST (PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES ACT)

8. Case FIR No. 132/14  dated  1/10/14  U/S  506 IPC &  U/S 3 of  SC/ST  (Prevention of Atrocities)  Act  has been registered in P. S.  Gohar on the  complaint of   Smt.  Nirma Devi  W/O Sh.  Hari   Dass  R/O  Sala at present Pradhan  Gram Panchyat Sala that on  09/01/14 she  was present at Panchyat  Bhawan  Sala alongwith other Panchyat members, in the  mean time   Raj Kumar, Vice  President  of Gram Panchayat  Sala  abused her  by caste and also threatened with dire consequences. Sh. Rajesh Kumar, Dy.SP  (HQ) Mandi is investigating  the case.

 CASE OF DEATH DUE TO  NEGLIGENT ACT

9. Case FIR No. 219/14  dated 02/10/14  U/S 304(A) , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Nek  Ram  S/O  Late. Sh.  Magru Ram  R/O  Kothi     (Saned)  PO  Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 30/09/14  his  wife Krishna Devi  was admitted to Zonal Hospital  Mandi   for treatment  as she was bitten by snake.   But  due  to negligence by doctor & nurse his wife  died  today.  SI Chet Singh  I/C of P.P.  City  Mandi is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

10. 136challans were issued and fine of Rs. 25,700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 16challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1600/- was recovered   and  1 challan  were  issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
