CASE OF OBSTRUCTING, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 113/14 dated 03/10/2014 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Smt. Subhathara Devi W/O Sh. Bhop Singh R/O Vill. Khaidhar PO Thachi Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) that Bundhi Devi obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Subhash Chand Incharge P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR NI. 220/14 dated 02/10/2014 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Veer Singh S/O Sh. Keshav ram R/O Vill. Gahari PO Khadyahad Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/10/2014 Vidya Devi W/O Late Sh. Bhag Singh and her daughter Shashi R/O Gahari obstructed his way along with his son and nephew and they both beat up his wife Shakuntla Devi. HC Durga Dass I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR NO. 221/14 dated 02/10/2014 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Shashi D/O Sh. Bhag Singh R/O Nichali Suradi PO Suradi Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/10/14 Biri Singh and his family members obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Manoj Kumar No. 50 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 223/14 dated 02/10/2014 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Ravinder S/O Sh. Jagat Ram R/O H. No. 2014/3 Sector 32 C Chandigarh that on 02/10/2014 he was going by his car (CH01AU-4662) from Chandigarh towards Manali and when he reached at Sawal More near Pandoh, in the mean time a truck (HP11-3911) came very rashly and negligently from Kullu side and hit his car. HC Yash Pal No. 14 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5. Case FIR No. 222/14 dated 02/10/2014 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Hem Raj I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Mandi town and during the course  of patrolling he recovered 15 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Kamal Guleria S/O Sh. Joginder Guleria R/O Jail Road Mandi Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Hem Raj I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

6. 40 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 3 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
