VISIT BY SCHOOL CHILDREN UNDER COMMUNITY POLICING SCHEME

1. Today about 43 students of DAV School Khaliyar visited the Police Station to aware them about the working of police under community policing scheme.  They were addressed by SI Sanjeev SHO P.S.Sadar Mandi about various functioning of  police station, functioning of eve-teasing squads and also aware them about cyber crimes & IT frauds.  

CASE OF PUBIC   SAFETY

1. Case FIR No. 128/14 dated 14/10/14  U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog by  HC Ashok Kumar  No. 885   I/O of P.S.  Karsog  that on 14/10/14   he was on  patrolling   and  during the course of patrolling he  found  that  a  Big Steel  Bundle was  laid by  Som Raj S/O Sh. Madan Lal  R/O Tattapani  Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP)  on the  road  which  was  cause   obstruction to   Traffic as well as general public.  HC Ashok  Kumar  No.  885 I.O.  of   P.S. Karsog is investigating the case. 

 CASE OF CHEATING, FORGERY AND CRIMINAL  CONSPIRACY

1. Case  FIR No. 230/14 dated 14/10/14  U/S 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Avninder Pal   Singh  S/O Late. Sh.  Gian Singh  R/O  House No.4 Ward No. 12  Ram Nagar Mandi Distt. Mandi (HP)  that   his  brother  Harminder Pal  Singh   got the entire  ancestral  property in his  favour   by preparing the  forged  documents.  SI  Chet Singh  I/C of PP City is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL  TRESPASS AND  CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 353/14  dated 14/10/14 U/S 451, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Savitri Devi  W/O Sh. Bakshi Ram  R/O Jukain  P.O. Nabahi  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 14/10/14  Balam Ram R/O Bastla P.O. Nabahi Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt Mandi (HP)  entered  in the  courtyard of her home   and abused her  and also  threatened  her with dire consequences.  ASI Rakesh Kuamr I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMDATION  &  UNDER  ( PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES ACT)

1. Case FIR No.  234  dated  14/10/14  U/S  341, 504, 506 IPC &  U/S  3(2) of SC & ST Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of   Sh. Gian Chand  S/O Sh.  Paddu Ram R/O  Gughan Tehsil  Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  11/10/14  Jitender  Kumar, Mohani devi , Mast Ram  , Kamla Devi  obstructed his way and  abusing  him and  threatened  with dire consequences.    Kulbhusahan Verma  Dy.SP  Sundernagar is investigating the case. 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No.  235/14 dated  14/10/14  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by  ASI Samsher Singh  I/O of P.S. Sundernagar that  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at   Bhour  and  during the course  of patrolling   he recovered    1  Bottles of  English  Wine from the possession of   Rakesh Kumar  S/O Sh.  Mihman    R/O Bhour P.O. Kanaid   Tehsil Sundernagar   Distt. Mandi (HP) .  ASI   Samsher  Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. FIR  No. 236  dated 14/10/14  U/S  39 of HP Excise  Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar   by   ASI Shamsher  Singh  that  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Hawani   and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  5000 Illicit  Liquor  from the possession of  Smt. Sanehru Devi W/O Sh. Durga  R/O Hawani   Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Shamsher Singh  I/O of P.S.  Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 237/14 dated 14/10/14  U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by  SI Binny Mihas  SHO of P.S.  Sundernagar that on  14/10/14  he was on  patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Dhardarobra and  during the   course of patrolling he recovered  15 Ltr. Lahan from the possession of  Sh.   Gavyanu Ram  S/O Sh. Anant Ram R/O   Dhardarobra  Tehsil Sundernagar  P.O. Churad  Tehsil  Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) .  SI  Binny Minhas  SHO of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case .

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 238/14 dated 14/10/14  U/S 39 HP Excise Act  has been registerd in P.S. Sundernagar by  SI  Binny Minhas  SHO of P.S.  Sundernagar  that on  14/10/14  he was on patrolling alongwith  other police officials at  Bhadaran   and  during the course of patrolling he recovered   39 Ltr. Lahan &  10,000 ML  Illicit Liquor  from the possession of  Jagdish Kumar S/O Narayan  R/O  Bhadaran P.O.  Kanaid  Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP).  SI  Binny Minhas  SHO of P.S.   Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 239/14 dated 15/10/2014 U/S 29 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by SI (Prob.) Surinder Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sunderanagar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dhandras and during the course of patrolling he recovered 10 liter lahan and 1500 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Sauni Devi W/O Sh. Chuharu Ram R/O Vill. Dhandras PO Kanaid Tehsil Sunderngagar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI (Prob.) Surinder Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

    

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 240/14 dated 15/10/2014 U/S 29 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Shamsher Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sunderanagar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kohla  and during the course of patrolling he recovered 10 liter lahan   from the possession of Tiblu Ram S/O Sh. Puran Chand R/O Vill. Kohla PO Kanaid Tehsil Sunderngagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Shamsher Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 241/14 dated 15/10/14 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jitender Kumar S/O Sh. Chand Kumar Sharma R/O Vill. Nalsar PO Rajgarh Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that today he was going to Chandigarh by PRTC Bus (PB11BF-7382) and when said bus reached at Harabag in the mean time a truck (HP23C-1388) came from Bilaspur side and these both vehicles collided due to rash and negligent driving by the drivers of both vehicles and passengers of said bus sustained injuries. ASI Brij Lal Incharge P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

1. 162challans were issued and fine of Rs. 20,800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 8 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
