 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

1         Case FIR No. 309/14 dated 09/10/14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  Insp.  Madan Dhiman SHO of P.S. Balh that  on 09/10/14  at about 7:45 PM  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  at Ratti  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  05 Ltr. Illicit Liquor  from the possession of  Sh. Tek Chand  S/O  Late. Sh. Nanha Ram  R/O  Dharwahan Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP). Insp. Madan Dhiman SHO  of P.S.  Balh is investigating   the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

2          Case FIR No. 310/14 dated 09/10/14 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Tek Chand  S/O  Late. Sh. Nanha Ram  R/O  Dharwahan Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 09/10/14  at  about  09:15 PM  he was  going to Ratti Bazar, in the mean time  Dharam Singh   obstructed his way and  beat him  up and he sustained injuries.  HC  Naresh Kumar No. 862 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

3          Case FIR No. 348/14 dated 09/10/14  U/S 39 of HP  Excise Act has   been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  by  ASI  Thakur Dass  I.O. of PP Hatli  that he was on patrolling  alongwith  other police officials  at   Khalyana   and  during the course of  patrolling  he recovered  3750  ML  Country  Liquor   from the possession of  Rajender  Singh  S/O  Sh.  Narottam  R/O  Kakduhi P.O. Bachhwan Tehsil  Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Thakur  Dass  I.O. of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

4          Case FIR No. 124/14 dated 09/10/14 U/S 39 of  HP  Excise Act has been registered in  P.S.  Karsog  by  ASI  Ram Swaroop  I/C of PP Pangna that  on 09/10/14   he was patrolling  at  Jachh and during the course of patrolling he recovered  5250  ML  Country Liquor  from the possession of  Purkhu  Ram  S/O  Sh. Chet Ram  R/O  Khola P.O.  Jhungi  Sub-Tehsil  Nihari  Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI   Ram  Swaroop  I/C of  PP  Pangna  is investigating  the case. 

 

CHALLAN

 5           223 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 27,800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 8challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs.800/- was recovered   and  1 challan  was   issued under Mining Act  and  fine of Rs 4550/- recovered during last 24 hours.
