CHEATING AND THEFT

1. Case FIR No. 89/14 dated 19/10/14 U/S 420,380,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padahr on the complaint of Sh. Bablu Ram S/O Sh. Hair Chand R/O Vill. Karahlti PO Urla Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/10/14 he withdrew Rs. 9000/- from ATM at Padhar and during the course of above withdrawal another two persons were also present there inside the ATM and they exchanged his ATM card and on 17/10/14 he came to know that sum of Rs. 20,000/- was withdrawn from his account. ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 234/14 dated 18/10/14 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Devlu Ram S/O Sh. Girdhari Lal R/O Vill. Sayari PO Majhwar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/10/14 Puran Chand entered in his courtyard and beat him up. HC Kamal Singh No. 79 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR  No. 237/14 dated 18/10/14 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Churamani S/O Sh. Bhuvneshwar R/O Vill. Dayoli PO Kotmorse Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/10/14 his brother Chet Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Kamal Singh No. 79 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 238/14 dated 19/10/14 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Gokul Chand R/O H. No. 340/12 Ramnagar Mandi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that his nephew Chandermani obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Manoj Kumar No. 50 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5. Case FIR No. 236/14 dated 18/10/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by SI Vinod Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that on 18/10/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at School Bazaar Mandi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 7 bottles of country liquor from his shop. SI Vinod Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.  

CASE OF CHEATING, FORGERY, CRIMINAL TRESPASS,  CRIMINAL INTIMIDAION & CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

6. Case FIR No. 176/14 dated 18/10/14 U/S 420,467,468,471,452,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Sadhu Dass R/O Vill. Kholi PO Ahju Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Sher Singh S/O Sh. Sunder Singh resident of the same locality who is serving in HPPWD Department has submitted fake certificate in support of his date of birth and got the job in the HP PWD department as labourer and he also threatened to the complainant.  ASI Thakru Dass Incharge P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF NEGLIGENT ACT

7. Case FIR No. 177/14 dated 18/10/14 U/S 336,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kali Dass S/O Sh. Achharu Ram Ward No. 6 Sai Market Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is running a bakery shop in Sai Market Jogindernagar and he was taking the gas cylinder from the distributor of the locality which were transported through a vehicle (HP29A-7044) and one person namely Milap Chand S/O Sh. Raj Mal R/O Masauli PO Jalpehar was throwing the cylinders from said vehicle negligently and one cylinder was thrown by him on his leg and he sustained injuries. ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

8. Case FIR No. 247/13 dated 18/10/14 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. RamjanS/O SH. Mazid Mohammad R/O H. No. 145/8 Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/10/14 Rinku and Deepak obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Tek Chand NO. 3 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

9. Case FIR No. 319/14 dated 18/10/14 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Sukesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 18/10/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 2 bottle of English Wine and one bottle of country liquor from the possession of Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Chandermani VPO Balt Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Sukesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

10. 185 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 23,200/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 198 challans were issued  under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1700/- was recovered & 3 challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
