CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 124/14 dated 25/10/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Harsaran Singh S/O Sh. Joginder Singh R/O Vill. House No. 289 Surya Colony R/O Kakru Tehsil & Distt. Ambala Haryana that he is driver with truck (HR37A-2047) on 25/10/2014 he was on his way along with said truck from Kullu towards Ambala and when reached near Sani Mandir in the mean time a truck (CH01G1-20990) of ITBP came from Bhunter side towards Mandi and hit his truck. ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING/ABDUCTION   

2. Case FIR No. 243/14 dated 25/10/2014 U/S 365 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of Smt. Achhari Devi W/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Duddar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Girdhari Lal S/O Sh. Nihal Singh R/O Dudar Distt. Mandi (HP) taken away her husband in his truck on 14/09/14 and he did not accompanied him back and Girdhari Lal knew about the whereabouts of her husband. ASI Chhatter Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 244/14 dated 25/10/14 U/S 452,324,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Mann Singh R/O Darta PO Tilli Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/10/2014 Pankaj Kumar & Manoj Kumar beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Chatter Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 374/14 dated 25/10/14 U/S 498A,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Lalita Devi W/O Sh. Balbir Singh R/O Vill. Tandi PO Randhara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi at present R/O Vill. Dharbyani PO Tikkar Tehsil Sarkagaht Distt. Mandi that her husband Balbir Singh and mother In Law Savitri Devi were harassing her. ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT & INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 375/14 dated 26/10/14 U/D 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Kishore Sharma S/O Sh. Lachman Dass R/O Vill. Halog PO Thinagalu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/10/14 Shyam Lal, Murari Lal and Jagdish Chand obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR NO 181/2014 DTD 25-10-2014 U/S 451/323/504/506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Bhagi Rath S/O Sh. Shunka Ram R/O Vill. Suja PO Matroo Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/10/14 Garib Dass S/O Sh. Finna Ram came in his shop and beat him up. HC Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

7. 161 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 19,800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
