CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 138/14 dated 15/10/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar that on 15/10/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Surahi Khud and during the course of patrolling he recovered 50 Gram cannabis (Charas) from the possession of Krishan Chand S/O Sh. Maya Ram R/O Vill. Sarndha PO Pandoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 173/14 dated 16/10/14 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Gangi Devi W/O Sh. Hachhu Ram R/O Vill. Dheli More PO Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 11 AM when she reached near Sabji Market Jogindernagar, in the mean time a car (HP56-3089) came very rashly from Baijnath side hit her and sped away from the spot. HC Chaman Lal no. 38 I.O. of P.S. Joginderngar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3. Case FIR No. 77/14 dated 16/10/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by SI Rattan Singh SHO P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that today at about 08.45 AM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Mahadev and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Smt. Ram Piyari W/O Sh. Jiwan Singh R/O Dhukanu PO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Rattan Singh I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4. Case FIR No. 78/14 dated 16/10/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by SI Rattan Singh SHO P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that today at about 11.10  AM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dhukanu  and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Sina Nath S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Vill. Dhukanu PO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Rattan Singh I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5. Case FIR No. 242/14 dated 15/10/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar by ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar that on 15/10/14 at about 5 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dadol  and during the course of patrolling he recovered 9000 ML English Wine from the possession of Dharam Pal S/O Sh. Jagat Ram R/O Vill. Dadol PO Meramasit Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S.  Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

6. Case FIR No. 316/14 dated 15/10/14 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Rekha Devi D/O Sh. Dhyan Singh R/O Vill. Dharwahan PO Nerchowk Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/10/14 Manohar Lal S/O SH. Gulab Singh obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Sukesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7. Case FIR No. 315/14 dated 15/10/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Govind Ram S/O Sh. Brestu Ram R/O Vill. Lower Behli PO Upper Behli Tehsil Sunderngar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/10/14 he was going to Koyla Mata Temple along with his relatives by a pickup jeep (HP31B-0304) which was driven by driver Chuni Lal S/O Sh. Sant Ram VPO Mahadev and when said jeep reached nearby temple said jeep turned up side down and all occupants of said jeep sustained injuries. HC Dharmender Singh No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

8. Case FIR No. 354/14 dated 15/10/14 U/S 325,323,504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Hans Raj S/O Sh. Subhkaran VPO Kothuan Tehsil Sarkagaht Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/10/14 his step mother Vishna Devi and his father Subhkaran beat him up. HC Amrit Lal No. 413 I.O. of P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

9. Case FIR No. 355/13 dated 16/10/14 U/S 451,325,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sant Ram S/O Sh. Beli Ram R/O Vill. Bhoor PO Jhangi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/10/14 Gian Chand, Brahmi Devi, Meena Devi and Ronaki all resident of village Bhoor entered his courtyard and beat her up. HC Amrit Lal No. 413 I.O. of P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.

 

CASE UNDER GAMBLING ACT

10. Case FIR No. 131/14 dated 16/10/14 U/S 3 of Gambling Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by SI Sunil Kumar SHO P.S. Karsog that during the course of search of Hill View guest house at Nalagali he found that four persons namely Ramesh Kumar, Toya Dhar, Devi Singh and Karam Singh were gambling in room No. 102 and cash of worth Rs. 15,000/- was recovered from their possession. SI Sunil Kumar SHO P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

11. 144 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 17,300/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 9 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered and 1 challan issued  under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
