CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1          Case FIR No. 114/14 dated 05/10/14  U/S 39 of  HP Excise  Act  has been registered in P.S. Aut  by  ASI  Rajesh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Aut  that  on  05/10/14 he was  on patrolling alongwith other  police officials  at  Saran and during the course of patrolling he recovered  5 Bottles of  English Wine  from the possession of  Talbe Ram  S/O  Sh. Mohar Singh  R/O  Saran P.O. Panarsa   Sub-Tehsil  Aut Distt. Mandi(HP). ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating  the case. 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT 

2          Case FIR No. 228/14  dated 06/10/14 U/S  279, 337 IPC & U/S 185 M.V.  Act has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  by  HC  Durga  Dass  No. 408 I.O.  of P.S. Sadar that  today on a   telephonic  information  he went on the spot and found that  a Scooter (HP33B-4038) met with an accident  at  SauliKhad  due to negligent riding  &  under  the influence  of alcohol  by  rider   Kamlesh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Hem Raj  R/O  Mehar  P.O. Tandu Tehsil     Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) and  admitted at  Zonal Hospital  Mandi .  HC Durga Dass  No. 408 I.O. of  P.S.  Sadar   is investigating  the case. 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND  CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 119/14 dated 05/10/14  U/S  447, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of  Smt. Meena Sharma W/O Sh.  Ramesh Chand  R/O Mumail P.O.  Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 05/10/14  Rumti Devi  &  her husband  Bir Singh  R/O  Garankdu Tehsil Karsog   Distt. Mandi (HP) entered in   her    land  and     also  threatened   with dire consequences.  HC  Ranjeet Singh  I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating  the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

4          Case   FIR No. 342/14  dated 05/10/14  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.   Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Hari Singh  S/O Sh. Sant Ram  R/O  Jukain  P.O. Nabahi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on  05/10/14  at  about  7:15 PM  Desh Raj,  Joginder Singh ,  Malka Devi , Soma  Devi , Beena Devi  all  resident of same locality  obstructed  his way and  beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC   Hem Raj  No. 19  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

CHALLAN

 5         202 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 30,600/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 16challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs.1700/- was recovered   and  2 challan  was   issued under Mining Act  and  fine of Rs 4550/- recovered during last 24 hours.
