CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1         Case FIR No. 232/14 dated 12/10/14  U/S 39 of HP Excise  Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by  ASI  Shamsher Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 12/10/14     he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  at   Bhour  and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  5000 ML Illicit Liquor  from the possession of  Sh.  Ram Dass  S/O Sh.  Bangali  Ram  R/O  Bhour  PO Kanaid Tehsil Sunderngar  Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI  Shamsher Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY,HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

 

2          Case FIR No. 349/14 dated 13/10/14  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Kanta Devi  W/O Sh.  Krishan Chand  R/O  Badani  P.O. Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 12/10/14   Roop Lal   came  along with his  wife  Kanta  Devi  and obstructed her way and  beat her up and she sustained injuries.  HC  Chaman Lal No. 28 I.O. of P.P. Hatli is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF   NDPS ACT

 

3          Case FIR No. 169/14 dated 12/10/14  U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  by  SI  Rajesh Kumar (Prob)  I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar that  he was on  patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at  Harabag and during  the course of patrolling  he recovered  15  Grams  Charas  from  the possession of  Rohit  Kumar  S/O Sh. Roshan Lal  R/O  Harwani P.O.  Upper-Behli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP).  SI  Rajesh Kumar (Prob)  I.O. of  P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

 4         Case FIR No. 170/14  dated 13/10/14   U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Sohan Singh  S/O Sh.  Prem Singh  R/O  Salang P.O. Tikkru  Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  today  Sansar Chand , Vinod Kumar  & Pradeep Kumar  obstructed his way and beat  him up and he sustained injuries.  HC Chaman  Lal  No. 38  I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
 

CHALLAN

 5         147 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 27,400/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 12challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs.1200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
