 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

1          Case FIR No. 315/13 dated 05/12/13 U/S  39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  by SI Sandeep  Sharma that  on 05/12/13 at about  05:45 PM when he was on patrolling along with other police officials then during the course of patrolling he recovered  5625 ML illicit liquor  from the possession  of  Roop Singh S/O Sh.  Bhagat Ram  R/O  Behna Distt. Mandi (H.P.) . SI  Sandeep Singh  I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case. 

 

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

2          Case FIR No. 316/13  dated 05/12/13  U/S  39 of Excise Act has  been registered ibn P.S. Balh  by  ASI Sahib Singh  that 05/12/13 at about  7:20 PM when he was on patrolling along with other police officials   then during the course of patrolling he recovered  3750 ML illicit liquor  from the possession of  Hem Singh  S/O Sh.  Jai Singh  R/O  Kummi Distt. Mandi (HP)  from his  shop .  ASI  Sahib Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

3          Case FIR No. 314/13  dated 05/12/13 U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh.  Chuni Lal  S/O Sh.  Neter Singh  R/O Bushehar PO Ratti Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on  05/12/13  at about  04PM  while he was parking his  Motor Cycle No. (HP33B-8499) near Nerchowk , in mean time  Moter Cycle No. (HP28-5941) came rashly  and hit his Motor Cycle .HC  Naresh Kumar  No. 862 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND   INTIMIDATION

 

4          Case FIR No. 317/13  dated 06/12/13  U/S  341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has  been registered in P.S  Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Chander Singh  S/O  Sh.  Hoshiyar  Singh  R/O Arthi PO Bhagrotu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 05/12/13 at about  7PM when he  was going  to  his home alongwith  his  brother  Yoginder Singh, in mean time  Suresh Kumar  and Nand Lal came there and obstruct their way and  beat both of them.  HC Chint Ram  No. 873 I/O of  P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS  , HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

5          Case  FIR  No. 299/13 dated 05/12/13 U/S  451, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh.  Saju Ram S/O Sh. Jawahar R/O Chambi PO Marhi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  05/12/13 at about 10 AM when he was present  in his home , in mean time his  Son  Balbir Singh    entered in the courtyard of  his house  and beat him up.  HC Santosh Kumar I/O of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case .

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDTION

 6         Case FIR No. 300/13 dated 06/12/13 U/S  341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  on the complaint of  Smt.. Navita  Thakur  W/O Sh.  Vinod  Kumar  R/O  Darkalag P.O.  Masern Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi that  on 06/12/13 at about 9AM  Shakuntla Devi  obstruct her  and  beat her up.  ASI  Hari  Singh I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7          Case FIR No. 178/13 dated 05/12/13 U/S  341, 504, 509, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Smt. Shakuntla Devi  W/O Sh.  Diwan  Chand R/O  Giyuni PO Chihmnu  Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  Shyam  Singh  S/O Sh.  Fagnu Ram R/O  Koyana,  Swami Ram  S/O Sh.  Lala  Ram  R/O  Kodra,  Bhagat Ram  S/O Sh. Chowdhary R/O  Giyuni  and  Brahami Devi  W/O Sh.  Inder Singh R/O  Kyona obstruct her and  used the derogatory remarks upon her  and also threatened with dire consequence .  ASI  Iswari Prasad  I/C of P.P. Bassi is  investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

8          Case FIR No. 177/13  dated 06/12/13 U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Karsog  on the  complaint of  Smt. Shanta Devi  W/O Sh.  Amer  Singh  R/O  Seri  Banglo Tehsil karsog Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on 05/12/13  when she was going to IGMC  Shimla   by  Car No. (HP 30-2005 ) and   at about  7:45 AM    they reached  near  Bhalingi , in mean  time   the driver  of  the above said   car  namely  Net Ram lost the control upon the car  due  to  rash driving  and met  to an accident  and  all the three person who  were boarded in the car sustained injuries.  ASI Amar Singh I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case .

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

9         Case FIR No. 178/13  dated 06/12/13 U/S  457, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of  Sh. Khub Raj  S/O  Sh.  Dhani  Ram  R/O  Ghangli PO Pangna Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  in the intervening night of 3-4/12/13 some unknown   culprits stole away  9 mobile phone  by breaking the lock of the door of his shop . ASI Shanti Swaroop I/C of P.P. Pangna   is investigating  the case.

CHALLAN

10        95 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8600/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 7 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
