CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 105/13 dated 17/12/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Deepak Kumar H. No. 156/12 Ramnagar Mandi Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/12/13 near  Aut tunnel a vehicle (HP01K-3947) came very rashly and negligently and hit his truck (HP72-6317) and three persons sustained injuries. HC Harbansh Singh No. 68 is investigating the case.

   CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2. Case FIR No. 106/13 dated 17/12/13 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Subhash Chand Incharge Police Post Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/12/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 9000 ML country liquor from the possession of Daulat Ram S/O Sh. Barnu R/O Vill. Manithat PO Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Subhash Chand Incharge Police Post Balichowki is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 107/13 dated 18/12/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut onn the complaint of Sh. Ankur S/O Sh. Mahesh Kumar Ward No. 34 Janta Colony Distt. Rohtak C/O NHPC Nagwain Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that near Aut tunnel a Tata Sumo (HP01K-3935) and an Indica Car (HP49-0827) collided with each other due to rash and negligent driving by the drivers of both vehicles. HC Harbansh Singh No. 68 I.O. of Highway patrol is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 137/13 dated 17/12/13 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Chander Singh S/O Sh. Ram Singh R/O Vill. Beyod PO Janjehali Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/12/13 an Alto car (HP32A-1739) which was on its way from Chattari to Janjehali fell down about 400 feet in a nullah ar Chuhinala and in this mishap Om Chand S/O Sh. Budhe Ram R/O Vill. Lassi PO Chhattari died on the spot. ASI Jeet Singh Incharge Police Post Janjehali is investigating the case.

   CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 328/13 dated 18/12/13 U/S 451,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Chand Ram S/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O Vill. Kothi Gehari PO Ghambar Khad Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/12/13 Hem Singh entered in his courtyard and beat him up. HC Lal Singh No. 80 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

   CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAU, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

6. Case FIR No. 98/13 dated 17/12/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Narpat Ram S/O Sh. Shesh Ram R/O VPO Kathog Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/12/13 Shesh Ram S/O Sh. Ram Krishan resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Raj Kumar No. 49 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

   CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

7. Case FIR No. 316/13 dated 18/12/13 U/S 336 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Sh. Hajari Ram R/O VPO Dev Bararta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/12/13 his mother went to their fields where she found a wire and experienced an electric shock and he suspects that someone put said electric wire on the fields with the intention to kill the pigs. ASI Rakesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

8. 125 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 17,200/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
