CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 318/13 dated 07/12/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Balh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 110 Gram cannabis (charas)  from the possession of Hem Raj S/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Vill. Mandir Tanda PO Dhawan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

   CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 319/13 dated 08/12/13 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Anita Devi W/O Late Sh. Rajender R/O VPO Nagchala Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/12/13 Chuni Lal, his wife and son beat her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

Bhath PO Sehli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Krishan S/O Sh. Bharathu Ram R/O Vill.Bahal PO Sehli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi pelted stones upon him and also beat him up. HC Chaman Lal I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 274/13 dated 07/12/13 U/S 336,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Krishan S/O Sh. Bartu Ram R/O Vill. Bahal PO Churad Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 07/12/13 Sher Singh S/O Sh. Ram Saran R/O Vill. Bhath PO Sehli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) and his son pelted stones upon him and they also beat him up. HC Hem Singh I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 303/13 dated 07/12/13 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Harish Kumar S/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O Vill. Chhattar Kolari PO Narola Tehsil Sarkahat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/12/13 Manoj Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Baldev Chand No. 896 I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Ramesh Chand VPO Kot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/12/13 he was travelling by a vehicle (HP28-6060) and when said vehicle reached near Bharatpur driver of said vehicle lost control over it and fell-down from the road. ASI Naseeb Singh, Incharge P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 305/13 dated 08/12/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Manoj Kumar S/O Sh. Kulbir Singh R/O Vill. Sulpur PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that Kartar Singh S/O Late Sh. Bhagwan Dass R/O Vill. Karmi and Harish Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Baldev Chand I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

1. 55 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 72,00/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
